It wouldn’t be too hard since you’re on java, but you need 4 sets of 6 pistons, 2 to pull the front-most blocks all the way back, 2 to pull those to the side.
You need a double piston extender 1 block away, directly behind the “nose.” Have it so the first piston gets a 1 tick pulse to pull the blocks back, then pistons that get unpowered holding those pistons (after the first ones fire and retract). Then you need 3 pistons on each side for the blocks, they will be powered until you want to open the door, opening it should retract them, pulling the blocks away. For the last pistons, you need them to pull your double piston extender’s pistons to the side as well. This sequence should happen in the order i wrote it in for opening.
For closing, it should go like this: Pistons that move the “nose” blocks sideways fire, then the double piston extender gets pushed back in. It then should get fired, with the front-most pistons of it getting another 1 tick pulse, causing them to spit the blocks instead of pushing them to be flush with the wall.
