the resource pack ‘fresh moves’ requires me to put my custom eyes here, but I totally forgot how to change these files. Can someone please provide a program/ way to edit the pixels of these?

NovaSkin site is pretty good i think, Atleast i used it “back in my days”

I used this a while ago for mine from the fresh moves discord. If you upload your skin, you can select the eyes and the tool will do the work for you and make a working skin file. https://catothecat.itch.io/fresh-moves-skin-tool
