It should be all straight or all rounded. Having a mix looks messy, one or the other though should look good.
I personally like rounded but square and straight would be easier to expand on later.

It has a certain charm in the wobbly walls, but I agree with u/Hobo-man that it’s odd to have one straightened rampart and then the rest isn’t. Honestly it comes down to your personal taste.

Full send the curves. And if not curves, make sure to maintain depth by not making it a square but a complex shape with many sides.
