I believe there is a bug in Bedrock that lets your HP go to 0.25 which rounds down to 0.

Yup, this is a current bug on BE.
If you wanna know what causes it: When you get hurt, the health bar should show your health rounded up to the nearest half heart. But because of a bug, it instead rounds down. This bug is also why you’ll only have 10 hearts if your health is EXACTLY 20.

Weird! Maybe you have something like “1%” health, so it doesn’t show?
