Super rich, creamy and delicious!! One of the easier recipes too, though it does have about 5 hours fridge cooling time. I didn’t have the butane torch to caramelize the sugar but it didn’t really need it. Still very sweet 😋

  1. One thing that did confuse me was the recipe called for 70 nilla wafers, but the recipe only used, I think, 24? And it didn’t seem like they expected you to have extra bc at the end it said to crumble up the “6 remaining wafers”. If anyone has any insight on this, lmk!
