Exit code 1 no matter what

(modpack: Create Chronicles on curseforge)

Someone who is trying to join our server gets exit code 1 everytime she tries to join our server (not when it loads mc). She already:
– Allocated 8 ram
– Updated drivers
– Reinstalled modpack
– Restarted the pc

I honestly dont know what to do, we already checked every solution for exit code 1 and still dont works.
