More Details: Am trying to make something that's shows what stage the copper bulb is and if the Redstone is on and off. For example when I click the lever the copper bulb turns on and the Redstone will be on as well. So lamp 1 turns on. If you click it again the Redstone turns off but the bulb stays on so l want lamp 2 to turn on. Click the lever again the Redstone turns on and the bulb turns off so lamp 3 turns on.
Lastly click the lever again the Redstone and bulb turn off so lamp 4 turns on. (I also want the previous lamps to turn off and only the current stage lamp to turn on)
Smaller Details:
Redstone Lamp in the back = Shows if there RS is On or Off
Copper Bulb in the Back = Shows if the bulb is on or off
There is only 4 combinations for 4 lamps as shown in the signs.
Problems:

I can’t figure out how to turn on lamp 1 when both the Redstone and Bulb is on.

When Lamp 4 turns on (Both the RS and Copper Bulb is off) lamp 2 and 3 turn on as well…
