Note: This is my second time posting this because I forgot to add a photo in the first. Whoops.
I used armor stands as cushions for a couch, but it looks kind of weird because of the top of the stands. Anyone have ideas to improve it? Is there a way to hide that part of the stand?

have you tried using banners instead
If you’re playing creative you might be able to use player heads and mod heads to act as cushions. Banners like the other commenter work really well too.
