i'm currently playing through a yoyo-only for the worthy legendary mode run, and the funky ass tentacles are surprisingly helpful. my strategy was to pick the tentacles off beforehand, before attacking the main body, and by having them stick around in one spot made it much easier to target and get multiple hits with the yoyo bag's rebound
