Here you go! The redstone line will go into the block, which the repeater detects. Since the 2nd line doesn’t go into the block, it won’t power it (and therefore the repeater, preventing a loop). There’s a few different ways to do this, but I prefer this method.

Those repeaters are taking the power, and then shoving it back into the repeater again keeping it powered indefinitely.
