And then afterwards I remember that in survival there was no hunger bar, food just directly increased your health. I remember furnaces being added to the game. That was a hot take. Having to spend fuel to make things that previously could be made at a crafting table. I remember when zombies were the only mob in the game. I remember when trees didn’t drop saplings and when the world was only a couple hundred blocks large. I remember before caves were added, before double chests, before the nether.
