I’m using Fabulously optimized modpack with distant horizons added to it. Minecraft version is 1.20.4.
I have been browsing through settings and have found nothing so far. Different versions dont have the outlines, its just this 1.20.4, even which didnt have problems earlier, only when i re-downloaded the modpack.
Shaders are Sildur’s Enchanced Default v1.15 Fancy.

Do you have shaders enabled? It’s a common shader setting to change the outline color. You can even make it rainbow!
