Both Halloween and Christmas can be triggered for 1 in game day by completing a pumpkin or frost moon respectively, making the reindeer and magical pumpkin seed fairly easy to obtain post plantera, and pumpkin seeds can also be purchased at anytime from the Dryad, and will grow no matter the season.
I have gotten all of these items on the Xbox 360 virson some idk tho since it was old like I know I got the coin and staffs but idk about the reindeer bell then I got all of them on another play through when I played it again on the Xbox x
