Pillars, statues, giant grand paintings, and obviously a mighty throne

Two lines of pillars (4×4 wide) going along both the side walls. I’d space the pillars evenly out, leaving a gap in line with the fireplaces, which I’d make bigger. I’d hang chandeliers down from the ceiling, and I’d have custom banners hanging on the wall between the pillars. I’d also have the throne raised up a few blocks, not only so the monarch can see everyone, and everyone can see them, but so they also have the subtle show of power.

Imo, you made that throne room WAY too big. I suggest putting balconies on the sides

Move the pillars away from the walls and closer to the carpet. Add wool to make banners. Add armour stands full of armour. Add a big shield like logo above the throne. Add hoppers with netherrack on them and trap doors around the netherrack and set it on fire for goblets to light up the place.
