I'd be glad if someone could help me out cause I have no idea how this stuff works, especially concerning spark and how to read it. It's a Modpack I made myself with ~300 mods. thx in advance:]

Try running it without the “Dimensional Threading” mod. It seems to be abstracting alot and making it impossible to actually track the source of the lag.
If removing the mod doesn’t already fix it, make another spark report without the mod.
