I'm sure this topic is a dime a dozen. If it's against the rules could someone please DM me or guide me in the right direction. Anyways
Want to host a server for me and a few family members. Without getting into server size and stuff, where should I start? I was searching for a mod pack that adds more animals and I stumbled upon one that led me to a BisectHosting ad, so I figured I'd look at servers. It asked me if I wanted any of these pre-installed.

What the hell do any of those do? And do I need any of them to just run a small family server?
Another question, how difficult is it to get multiple mods to cooperate with eachother? For games like Skyrim and Fallout I've used and still use Nexus Mods which has Vortex now and makes sure mods are working correctly.
I guess my primary question was the wall of plugins I got recommended when looking at hosting, linked above..
