Hey, guise. I’ve been sharing this design document every time I see Thaumcraft getting mentioned on modded Minecraft subs. It looks like the mods at r/thaumcraft didn’t like it and hid it, so I’m linking this here.
This is the doc that the CoFH team has about Thaumcraft 7, and just realized it is not linked in any way here in reddit. This document is the one linked in the CoFH Discord’s Thaumcraft channel, if anyone’s interested on it’s source.
All the comments the team has shared include:
* Thaumcraft’s being worked on, but it is taking a while. There’s not ETA not because it is a surprise, but because there’s not a releasable version yet.
* There are no alpha or beta planned versions.
* They say it’d be better if we as players consider it as an entirely new Thaumcraft version instead of comparing it to other previous versions, as there’s no point of reference.
* It is being worked for the most up to date mod loader version released.
* This mod loader is Neoforge, and won’t be ported to other loaders.
