This has never happened before until I updated my modpack (Fabulously Optimized) recently. But every now and then, usually in the middle of our session in our server that I'm hosting, the fps just starts to fluctuate, even if I turn off my shader pack, it still happens.
I'm a noob so I'm probably missing something or didn't see anything in my F3 screen, so I'm hoping for some suggestions here.
(The specs of my laptop can be seen at the end of the video btw if that helps)
But I also allocated 5gb of my ram to this modpack.
