It’s one of the hardest to get items in the game. In each world you create, a couple of random dirt blocks are replaced with that item. It’s an equip-able pet item. They’re crazy rare, I’ve never found one, myself, but I’ve also never looked that much. Finding one randomly like this is almost unheard of. A friend of mine had to destroy an entire world to find this item.
