Stardew Valley (1.6 Update) — Part 133 – Volcanic Purchasing

Meh, who cares about Alex's birthday? Just give him an egg if you see him. Glenn is an awesome companion, although I do like my ice rod. Need more cinder shards. Need a lot of them if you want to enchant your tools. I forget what that lure does but I have one of it. Don't think I've ever used it before. Mystic node failure. I hope Glenn gets a good rest on the sideline now. Ooo!! That journal scrap. Auld, the ones associated with journal scraps you need to get the journal scrap before the walnut appears. That particular one has a nice extra item with it that you definitely want.

Mmmm…blueberries…. Gotta go fast! That's not enough blueberries. 😛 That's why they're good for dehydrating now. Traveling merchant probably doesn't even realize you didn't show up today. Level 5 in 6 hours? Might be doable. Those magma spirits took offense to you being in the volcano. When your inventory is more than halfway full before even entering the volcano, of course it's going to be full quickly. 😛 Made it in time. Ah, didn't realize those boots are better than the space boots. The boots I have are even better than that, I believe. Yay! All books read!

It feels good to be caught back up again. The weather doesn't agree apparently because it's raining. Anyways time to harvest coffee, tend animals, refill the kegs, refill the jars, partially fill the dehydrators. I then went to the island to collect ginger and fight some slimes. I didn't spend the entire day there this time. After the knowledge about the garden pots, I realized that I am completely out of fiber. So… To the sewers and searching around the map for it. I also checked the beach for clams. I really should bring my crab pots back and set them up on the beach… Running around I got some foraging at the beach and halfway with the clams now. I also found out the the raccoons want new stuff for me. I was able to get enough stuff to craft 25 garden pots with the deluxe retaining soil, so that's a start on that. Time for bed.

Today is apparently a day for harvesting. After taking care of the animals, I noticed my blueberries are ready. The greenhouse trees are ready. Ancient Fruit is ready on both the greenhouse and on the island, so…. time to harvest all of that. I grabbed all the ginger while on the island as well. Then I took the boat back so I could check the beach. I actually remembered the crab pots and set them up on the beach but didn't have my bait… Back to the farm, clear out inventory, to the beach, and then back to the farm again. I headed in the house and Emily gave me new clothes. I put the outfit in the back of the dresser never to be seen again. While inside I set up the garden pots in one of the extra rooms that has nothing in it. Got that set up and then made some more garden pots but didn't fill them up yet. Almost passed out in the house but made it to bed in time.
