Microsoft Wants You to Switch to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This is a NEW Minecraft 1.21 video. In this video, I am going to talk about all the things that Microsoft, the owners of Minecraft, are doing to push players into giving Bedrock Edition a try. Java players usually don’t feel like trying out Bedrock, as Java is more customizable and has more freedom in what you do with the game overall. Recently though, Microsoft is slowly pushing players to give the game a try. And many players are unhappy about it. It’s very epic, fun, amazing and poggers! This will make playing Minecraft insane and amazing! Your players will absolutely love it! I had lots of laughs and fun. Hopefully, you’ll get some useful information from this video. I love Minecraft fun!

  1. Man too bad I only have an Xbox, a 10 year old Xbox one for that matter, so Minecraft runs absolutely slow it’s unbearable, so sadly I’m stuck with bedrock edition. I really really wish i had a pc bc the one time I played Java edition was on my friends computer during a party and I miss that experience so so much

  2. I used to play Minecraft bedrock since 2015 but in 2022 I switched to java . I'm sure that others players He love java than bedrock but Minecraft bedrock is working for mobile and ps and xbox , we know that players in mobile are very very big than pc , Not just Minecraft ,also games so I think mojing love bedrock for this reason, thank you for read and
    Java >>>>> bedrock

  3. I play a lot of Bedrock and Java.
And tbh, I really dislike Mojang's (Microsoft, really) push of Bedrock. Even though I'm a Bedrock content creator, Java is objectively more popular in the community, as seen by the popularity of Java vs Bedrock on social media and in content creation.
People argue Bedrock has more players, but how many of those players would play Java (the version their favorite youtubers play) if they could? Probably a lot. I, personally, still play Bedrock for its ease of use (I'm lazy) and performance (it actually runs very well on my computer, way better than vanilla Java. Plus, I've luckily not experienced any game breaking bugs in my time), but I still play a lot of Java and generally prefer the feeling of Java over Bedrock.

  4. I'm actually getting ready to convert the important bits of a realms world to a self hosted server with java minecraft, because me and my family want the mods, and graphics customizations (like Distant Horizons) available.

I'm still mad about the copper bulb being changed to 2 ticks because of bedrock. On java that change can be reverted through mods

  5. One of the main reasons why Microsoft is attempting to get rid of Java is the fact that Java is made to run on other platforms such as Mac and Linux (Minecraft was one of very few games made to run on Linux) and of course Microsoft owns Windows so if they get rid of Minecraft they would pretty much have a monopoly over Linux gaming thankfully with steam and Proton Linux gaming will survive and is actually starting to rise after the flip of Windows 11

  6. even tho youre on pc, why did your game crashed?
ive been playing on bedrock edition in mcc for 5+ hours and the game didnt crash (i was on mobile btw) ofc the lag is annoying, but the game hasnt crashed on me for a long time

  7. Om if anything they've only made it more possible to do more with add-ons. Add-ons can be just about as good as Java mods im working on a add-on right now and theres a LOT more you can do then you think. I tryed playing Java for a while and i had to go back to bedrock but on my pc because that's where its best.

  8. I honestly think Bedrock is superior to Java in a lot of ways that often get overlooked. Bedrock is available on every platform, and it's so much easier to play with your friends. You don't need to host or pay for a server or realm.
Bedrock is also far superior in terms of performance. Bedrock can go up to 96 chunks, and even lower end devices can run that and not be laggy. Bedrock is just far more optimized then Java and Java feels a lot more raw and unpolished. Not to mention that Bedrock literally has more base game features (e.g, fallen trees, a use for cauldrons, pushable blocks like chests and furnances) you can read the entire list of features on the wiki.
Bedrock also just has easier mod installations. People often think that Bedrock has no mods or you can only get them from the marketplace, and that's only true if you're playing on console. If you play on a PC or Phone you can just install them via googling the web. The mods won't be as good as they are on Java, but at least they can be installed with one click of a button instead of dragging it into a mods folder and worrying about "fabric" and "forge" and what not.
I know people will reply to this comment saying "you can mod everything you said in" but if I need a mod for everything doesn't that just make java sound inferior? The base vanilla's of both games, Bedrock is better. Heck, even with performance mods you aren't hitting the same amount of performance as you are in Bedrock.
The only think Java has going for it is Mods, Servers, and Combat. That's about it.

  9. Bedrock : better for alot of cool features and better accessibility
Java : basically free mods not randomly killing you when nothing happened
    Etc.
But overall i play bedrock because i cant afford java

  10. I wish I could someday play Minecraft. The WAY it was meant to play. I've played Bedrock for quite a while, but the micro transactions, modding locking, and just the bugginess of the game make me want to buy a PC so I can play Java. (And play Needy Streamer Overload lol)

  11. I am glad that Minecraft has two versions… Because it means that Microsoft gets their grubby hands on one of them and (hopefully) leaves the other one alone.

  12. It honestly seems like Mojang puts all their effort, love and care into Java Edition as a parent does their baby. Bedrock Edition however, that seems more like the annoying kid they’re forced to babysit by “Daddy Microsoft.”
