I spent 712 hours of my life collecting fish. Oh, and I also built a giant aquarium to hold all the aquatic mobs in the game. We even collected the super rare blue axolotl, all the frogs, dolphins, turtles, guardians, and squid. It was big, it was beautiful, and I only cried a little.

The weird thing about dolphins is that they despawn even with a nametag. This is probably so the player doesn't abuse the special features the dolphin gives, like the ability to make you go super fast underwater and the one that brings you to a structure. While I understand why Mojang doesn't want people to abuse these features, it's quite annoying for people who want to have a dolphin as a pet, unaware of the features, and pretty much lose their animal and nametag, which are rare uncraftable items in the game. I just feel like it's unfair either way and should be reworked.

An Allay XP farm is super simple and puts out like 50 levels every 4 mins. You could have stacked it right on top of your fish sorter.
You cheated, the resource pack made it 10x easier. All buckets of fish looking exactly the same is part of the challenge. Now seriously, don't you have anything better to do with your life? Go touch some grass
