I know this gets asked a lot, but which mod adds this icon?

There is this hunger icon in my inventory that is actually displayed above everything else. Like if move an item to the place of this icon the icon is displayed over the item. I tried looking through my mods but I have no idea which adds this or what this even does. It is also not clickable.
