Fix for End City spawn failure:
– %appdata%/.minecraft/config/betterend/generator.json
– Change “endCityFailChance” to 1
I would also recommend increasing your forge install’s RAM utilization to 8 GB:
Open the Minecraft launcher and go to “Installations” at the top.
Float your mouse cursor over the “1.20.1-forge-47.3.5” install and click the 3 dots at the right side, select “Edit”
Expand “More Options” at the bottom and scroll down a little if needed
Set the first JVM argument to “-Xmx8G”
Click “Save”
If MC gets stuck on launch at the “dispatching COMMON_SETUP” step, go to the /.minecraft/ folder and move the “config” folder to your desktop (removing it from the .minecraft folder and backing it up temporarily)
