The BEST Terraria Mod you HAVEN’T played | Wayfair

today we’re covering the Wayfair content pack created by onway a person most commonly known for their Calamity extra music mod and twisted Garden the theme of nameless DD they also used to be a developer for the Calamity mode and have recently become one again this mode doesn’t have much to its name currently but it does some very interesting stuff that I haven’t seen any other mods do and here are my first impressions of it oh wow the trees look interesting to say the least they look kind of I hate to say this but retro also the grass looks different oh wait is this a new biome also why did I not acknowledge this little Boulder here looks kind of crazy oh we got a shackle aglet campfire Woodland mirror gaze into the mirror to return to the world’s surface so if I go below the surface here and I use it okay I can just tell teleport to the surface from anywhere so this is actually a really great Mobility tool as well aside from just being a way to get up that’s a wonderful find I have no clue what this mod has to offer by the way I really like this biome actually the more pastel colors are kind of nostalgic seems we’ve reached a crimson but also what is this it has this little ambient noise it’s a Mana Crystal oh so you can just find Mana crystals sitting around like Life Crystals now that’s a change all right I mean hey loot is Loot and also you can get maximum Mana so you can start utilizing the Mage class as soon as the first day instead of having to wait for nighttime and having to dodge millions of zombies a snowball Cannon Okay this may just be one of the luckiest finds that I could have gotten here ooh yeah also wait did the snowball Cannon always have this little muzzle flash muzzle flare whatever you call it I don’t think it did also this house could be something pretty cool the house renovation is coming along nicely by coming along nicely I mean it’s almost excavated out of this giant Boulder sisifus must have had a pretty bad day and kicked it onto my house hey at least I got this kite which immediately crashed into my house I just realized something wait the Woodland Mirror Has a chance to be one of the best items in the ENT game or well early game I just have to say one word to you Sky Island well I had to say two words but I mean you get the gist what if I just continue walking on the surface and just keep absolutely spamming the out of the Woodland mirror do you think at one point maybe I get teleported on one of those Sky Islands we can uh with confidence say that the Woodland mirror most likely does not work on Sky Islands what’s this summons Mana Flora it’s a boss it’s definitely a boss we don’t really have any accessories but we can craft ourselves a few bits of armor me and my eight defense versus the Mana [Music] Flora oh hello there oh boy guide I recommend you uh move a little further away away from the evil flower oh okay it basically has zero Health not a very tanky [Music] boss okay well that was a fun fight didn’t last long but tasted really sweet oh restorative petal greatly increases the effectiveness of health and Mana potions oh what do you mean greatly let’s drink a healing potion oh super like 50% that is absolutely incredible that’s like a post Moon Lord accessory in Calamity magic Shard imbued with magical Essence ice rod ice rod you can craft it pretty hard mode dirt Rod fair enough and magic mirror I want to see some other weapons it drops as well oh okay we’ve done it once again this time we got the vine Buster now that’s a badass Little Weapon I’m really liking this sort of retro style okay I just went to check the configuration and apparently both the enemy SL boss reworks is off and the accessory system rework is off I’m extremely interested in what this does to quickly summarize the accessory rework it basically just adds a strength system to the game which gives the player and new that called strength and every accessory a weight value alongside it theet and shackle both have a weight value of 0.5 AKA they take up 0.5 strength the player has to have at least one strength to equip both of them in this case crazier accessories like the teras spark boots have a weight value of three the game provides the player with two strength at the beginning of the game this can be increased with strength crystals and if you ever plan on playing this mod just know these are found in marble and granite caves I had to do some digging to find this out literally also somehow only now did I realize how to actually use the magic weapon from Mana Flora oh okay I mean this this Chain Reaction mechanic is most likely only meant for like events and stuff because setting all this up during a fight uh isn’t very you know efficient to say the least ooh the Scrapper leggings are actually better than the lead Graves and the Scrapper ones are crafted with tin so I think I’ll wear those for now fwell little heart almost blew myself up holy bird bird oh my Lord come down these are some feisty avens okay the celestial magnet would not take two accessory slots come on now it isn’t even a good accessory this is a scam I’m telling you I think it’s about time to test out the King Slime oh well look at that oh I’m loving these little sounds very Bassy and gooey oh it summon slimes defeat them okay the slimes drop shurikens as well so you could technically beat this fight without really having any gear oh okay it’s been easier than the vanilla King Slime currently but I don’t think this mod is supposed to be difficult and I’m glad it isn’t trying to be oh that was wacky God I love that attack oh he took the sword out oh what do I do oh okay now he’s teleporting instead of jumping that’s pretty badass oh God okay he does this slide twice now oh that was a new attack okay I seem to be dying [Music] slightly hey take back what I said about this fight being easier than vanilla King Slime well would you look at that a goblin army is approaching from the East thankfully I have quite the perfect weapon for that that being the green burn staff of course boom doesn’t do quite as much damage as I was hoping it to do quite the Crim site isn’t it uh pain pain shall I feel also I just found a little bug with this green burn snap look at this instead of shooting gas I can shoot explosions I think I’m going ranged I’ll craft the thin ranged armor and just use the snowball Cannon against King Slime I’ll just do it a thin way I’ll go to thin lands set bonus pick up scrap from defeated enemies to charge a mounted cannon on your back press Unbound at full heat to fire a high damage heated blast okay then oh that’s [Music] badass this is not very good oh he took out the sword oh I did not see that I don’t get how to dodge that I take damage every time I jump over the second [Music] slide like what [Music] that shouldn’t deal damage to me oh but I killed him oh wait my Cannon was full heat that entire time I think what this more that special boss weapons that’s extremely badass look at that oh my God you can fly with it holy that’s definitely not abusable in any way oh 2,000 fall damage how am I still attacking hello help help me well that’s that I suppose I’m going to kill them in my death come back here you little bat someone informed me that the strength crystals have kind of like this set spawn location one is near the dungeon and they said that they have no idea where the other ones are so I guess to the dungeon we go but before that I guess we’re going to do IE of cthulu hopefully I lead this stake cuz I can I want to get back on the platform preferably oh there we go boom sliced holy wait this is so viable against the eye of cthulu when the weapon is good I’m having like a anime battle with aulu in the air this is the prehard mode everyone wanted holy okay uh this isn’t very good for for my health okay let’s take it a little bit seriously this time ooh huge damage let’s kill all that eyes holy wait this is the perfect weapon for this pH oh my God no RNG involved anymore accessory weight two on the shield wow that is extremely demanding well I won’t be able to use that any time soon at least Also let’s take a quick moment to appreciate this absolute drip who needs any Wings this is just the superior way to move in all situations what the what is this oh it’s the dungeon I guess it got a little uh structural upgrade also nature Elemental excuse me okay it rocked living Leaf oh so it’s like an early game little armor set doesn’t have a ton of Defense but it has some life region I just realized that killing brain of cthulu probably isn’t very hard with my current setup but this is kind of a headache I can’t really begin the fight without having some miscellaneous mobs in my inventory oh I got a little DPS assistant as well and yes that’s what I’m calling it because that is what it is yes he I got to speedrun to the final heart before anything happens to me there we go Mission successful I got to wait for the perfect moment to dash but that was not the perfect moment those were not perfect moments all of those use my Little explod Weapon God the Dash being a lifesaver once again okay the brain is about to transform I just want to kill all distracting mobs okay I guess I don’t have an option anymore come on you little hearty bastard what if I do this okay no risking it again I don’t want to risk my victory because of the dash again oh I forgot to use my shotgun blast against the creepers my little armor shotgun blast oh there we go what an end to the fight the brain of confusion also uses like one and a half of those strength crystals yet I still have no clue where they are if this mine cart track doesn’t lead me to a strength Crystal I’ll be I’ll be S I’ll be sad and the game wouldn’t want me to be sad now would [Music] it what is that Cactus spike in what world does a tiny little fragile 1 mm caus Spike kill someone with chain mail armor oh look a meteor hold on a second Space Gun upgrade Tesla gun I think I’ll chase this meteorite down look now let’s craft this badass weapon presumably badass I mean it looks cool Tesla gun oh it is cool fire is lightning that ARS between up to three enemies that sounds kind of perfect for what we’re going up against three enemies the skull and the two hands okay come on now Scrapper armor being of no value kind of a scam considering the tin bars and ore both cost something and this is made of those two things you know you should give a little bit of value to it and also yeah as you can see we found the goblin Dinger broken workful Nimble Hasty demonic awkward unreal also I’d like a faster pickaxe as well W I clicked faster there the Spectre boots take up one and a half accessory slots that’s actually evil or is it wait a second the balloon took half holy clutched up thank you balloon we are kind of set for Glory now like the glory mode my God I’ll check that mode out soon by the way stranger do you possess the strength to defeat my master sure sheesh what the [Music] okay okay okay I know what that attack is about now and you are going to do it again okay I there is so much to process here first of all he has a rep cage now which is good for him I guess he is more structurally sound oh my God clapped get clapped okay uh I really like those little Cloud particles okay currently he has like three attacks but I’m assuming there’s a second placeas because there is always a second pH the clap also pushes you back a little okay this attack is easy enough to dodge it just back off from him oh I think he went into his second phas oh my [Music] God excuse me big bones big bones everywhere okay so what did we look learn from this if I had to give my professional take on the matter and nothing I learned nothing from the second phase I mean we’ll try again that’s for sure I want to see if they change the dungeon guardian at all okay they didn’t but I guess there’s an idea for the devs imagine a loud custommade roar accompanied by like Shadow Flames bursting out from below okay keep your eyes peeled for the granite caves or marble ones you can comment if I with its two accessory waight stopwatch as well are you actually kidding me these are quite frankly the most Niche accessories in the game which only display information and do nothing for you in practice and they take up two accessory slots more than the Spectre boots and a balloon combined wow okay then yeah in the early game which one accessory would you choose oh yeah i’ choose the DPS meter I’d choose the stopwatch come on what is this that definitely needs some balancing I think I found what we’re looking for anyway wasn’t lying when uh they said that the strength crystals spawn in the marble or Granite biomes that was a cool sound one more accessory slot let’s go that’s absolutely huge for us Life Crystal as well okay upgrades all [Music] around why am I not taking damage there I clearly got hit by that ATT I mean I’m fine with that [Music] oh oh okay you have to be near the skull for that attack [Music] oh a single crack and he’s down oh it’s just a regular book of skulls but it’s been reworked that’s really badass high five hook slaps enemies in the direction of your cursor and used the scrapping hook holy so it’s free extra DPS basically if you don’t want the hook that is that’s sick we have officially beaten all the content that the mod has to offer currently so yippy though kind of a not yippy as well because I really enjoyed that I can’t wait for the rest of the boss reworks to come out because wow those two were really fun and Mana Flora as a new boss was incredible as well definitely keep your eyes on this mod and maybe even check it out use the armor sets and weapons that I didn’t get to use as always thank you to beeron and Tangi mango for being long-term supporters of the channel see you all when the next video drops I guess which probably
