🚨THEY ADDED RoR INTO TERRARIA 🚨(TerRoguelike Mod Full Uncut Run)

hello everybody uh I don’t know how to tell you this but they kind of added risk of rain into Terraria or well not exactly what you’re looking at is a mod for Terraria called tur Rog likee which uh as the name would imply is a Rog likee mode inside of Terraria now this mod is entirely separate from regular Terraria it even has its own cute little button you can click on the main menu look at it’s so cute and what I’m about to show you is basically an entire run uncut with my overall thoughts on The Mod at the end but here’s the gist the mod just released so obviously it’s going to receive more content and balance changes and all that stuff Over time however that being said the Baseline experience of the mod is pretty dang good far better than what I was expecting honestly I failed my first couple of runs Max difficulty of course but managed to snag a victory after about an hour or so so not terribly difficult but definitely not a complete Cakewalk either and it being a Rog likee who knows maybe I just got lucky with my Loot and from what I’ve experienced a full run seems to last around 30 to 40 minutes with around 25 or 30 items gathered so not amazing pacing definitely could have a few more item drops here and there but not terrible anyway enough of an intro here is the uncut run of my first Victory if you like what you see just search tur Rog likee on t-mod loader and uh really fun I’m not going to lie I thought I would get bored of uh just like the basic weapon shooting but the upgrades are actually cool enough that it doesn’t really matter you just like shoot one productor all the time but I already have up up it gives me like double projectile six times damage some crazy stuff and it just came out too like if this mod developer can like update it frequently now uhuh uhhuh uhhuh uhhuh T thank you for the good sub to Mario Mario enjoy the Omega e double Mega value brother man dude if this mod developer can uh update it pretty rapidly though this going to be nice this might be my new favorite Rogue [Music] like I don’t know about that memory foam what that do HP after not taking damage I’ll take that I will take that dude oh I’m getting trapped heam describing it there’s only one weapon or two different choices of weapon uh like there weren’t a lot of items blah blah blah but dude there’s enough and you get it uh fast enough so that was like 45 no I afked for a good what 15 minutes you think so about 30 minutes for a run that’s pretty typical of a Rog like I would say um but that’s a lot better than I thought this is the first version of The Mod and I’m very satisfied satisfied um I’ll probably play a little more but I think it just needs a little more stuff so here are the biggest criticisms I have like dude just add armor add armor it doesn’t have to give it defensive values but add like some kind of equipable gear aside from the base two weapons right obviously add more weapons as well that should be really easy cuz you just you know take weapons that are cool from Terraria and Calamity mod and all that stuff and just you know slap them in um and then obviously adjust like damage values and whatnot like dude it needs more variety um that’s a no-brainer though the mod just came out so I obviously CU I know that’s probably what they’re working on is more variety stuff um but I don’t think that escape sequence is necessary every single time I think once you beat it once you shouldn’t have to do it again like that’s that’s just going to get boring and tedious to go through it each time um like I get that you get more items I guess as a way to like boost your character’s power before you actually kill Moon Lord um but I don’t think it’s necessary I think that would get old really fast I’ve only done it one time but I think it’ll get old pretty fast um but the items are cool the items genuinely are they work well for this type of a rogue like um like you don’t need everything to be chance-based you know proc items like a tri tip dagger and stuff like that when you have things like onkill and but it’s a it’s a room clearing Rog like you know like Isaac or this game um what’s another room dungeon like stuff like that those onkill things are way better obviously the way uh they have it’s it’s more obvious to see their effects in games like Risk of Rain 2 items like that are notoriously pretty hard to just like just kind of boring you know even Willow the Wisp like it’s just kind of a boring item uh you have to like find a PR for it to be good anyway anyway I’m rambling um but the items are actually pretty cool I say some are obviously numerically uh better than others like the freaking sniper scope like this I got this on room two not Floor 2 room the second room I cleared I got sniper scope six times damage and then I got one single green item here the spent shell this gave me another shot my primary weapon so these two items literally first room second room third room gave me these two alone give me 12 times more damage you know lower attack speed obviously it’s not actually 12 times but you know stuff like that like it it’s that’s all Rog what Rog likes are supposed to be about is you’re supposed to be able to get like stupid op combos right off the bat um so more stuff like this um it seems like it’s in a pretty good spot like I only got one red the entire run so maybe I got stupidly lucky I had one red the entire run and it was the six times damage one so maybe I got stupidly lucky um but you got to remember Rog leges the whole reason people play them is to get stupid powerful right that that’s like the entire point of playing a Rog likee so if it becomes too flaccid like if the dev starts nerfing stuff especially I don’t think anything needs to be nerfed necessarily um if anything Buffs some of the like the green items I think like this one this a Chrono Bobble nice man Chrono Bobble sick uh but I would just like to see more leaning towards the op side rather than not especially because it’s a mod right it’s not like people are paying for this it’s a a free mod to download for Terraria it should lean towards the stupid op fun side rather than like the meticulously balanced minmaxed uh side of things thank you for playing woohoo but very impressed with the mod it’s actually way way way better than I thought it would be um highly recommend you give it a shot it’s again it’s t- mod loader it’s free on Steam just go download this mod if you have Terraria bada bing bada boom um has potential to to I I hate saying that like everything has potential but because the base of this game is Terraria and all of the mods you have to remember this guy can pull from all of the mods in Terraria as well he probably get permission from the mod creators but he could probably do that you know um like there’s a lot of potential here Terraria especially Calamity mod has some pretty crazy stuff so that condensed into a Rog likee format could be really addicting like really addicting um I would like to see the character base jump height increase a little bit it a little too annoying sometimes like if you play Terraria you know what I’m talking about you know how it feels so maybe just like add an item that increases jump height make it a blue like the most common tier or whatever that would help maybe there is an maybe I just didn’t get it I don’t know uh but I feel like it should be combat focused and the enemies maybe the enemies spawned a little too slow I’m really struggling to think of things like I’m not trying to just nitpick I’m trying to give actual constructive you know criticism feedback here but there’s not a lot man like the the random room generation feels pretty good I like the the uh like the ropes on the side the crates to jump off like it actually is pretty cool um I will say that the starting weapons like you need to add more stuff not just the starting weapons you need to add more weapons total like why is it only why is there only one range weapon one melee weapon why not just different tiers and stuff and because you’re playing Terraria right Terraria already has all that stuff right there for you to choose from just put in like the sdmg and stuff like that just put in some random weapons why not go crazy go Hog Wild and looping that’s my final thing is me personally I like to play Roga again to get stupid op I think that’s kind of like the whole point so the ability to Loop your run obviously making the enemies more Challen in more difficult maybe more enemies on each zone or whatever but also being able to keep playing and get more items and loot I think that would be a no-brainer so hopefully looping is on the list of uh things to be added to this mod but dude very good very good it’s fun oh the bunny Hopper yeah there was an item for that I have one right here actually literally right there Omega um yeah dude very good mod highly recommend it boys uh Shout Out
