First layer : black concrete, the sign wanted with a bright block, the outline of the sign in a glazed terracotta / deepslate ore of the same colour. Then, your sign, but only with top smooth quartz slabs instead of full block. The third layer is end rod like | on top of the slabs, and then glass panes of the same colour as your lighting on the fourth layer, overlapping the end rods. It work best with bigger signs due to the thickness of the detailing.
