Just harvest the outer ones, then take the center ones on the last day of the season, after clearing the outer ring. You won’t make as much money, but you won’t have to sacrifice any of them.

Gonna have to break the ones in front of them lol I’ve done the same thing, I’d wait for the next season and then get them when you’re planting new crops

You can axe two of the plants so you have a pathway into the center. Knock out the sprinkler, harvest, and put the sprinkler back. You’ll lose two plants, but you’ll have access to the inner ones for the rest of the season. You can even plant non trellis crops on the spots you axe’d.
