Wires from GregTech lose how much energy they have for every block they go, try shortening the wire you have there.

Check out the power loss in the type of cable you’re using, there’s one kind of wire for each tier that is lossless and the other lose power the longer they are, another option is to place the machine right next to an output of the converter eithout a power cable, also check out the amount of amps your converter is providing and the amount of amps needed for the machines, this doesn’t mean you can’t connect mire machines that you have amos available, just won’t be able to run all of them simultaneously
