redstone keeps pausing in create s&r

so i downloaded s&r after ppl suggested it to me and its all working except my redstone keeps pausing when i use it from inside the train… it works fine when i activate it from outside and idk if im doing something wrong because im still new to create but i cannot find whats going wrong or how to fix it, but im pretty sure it has to do with the redstone links. it was working earlier when i did it but i changed the redstone to speed it up and then it started doing that
