    I am devastated that unless it's the same as the aether pylon's effect, we can't have that shimmering effect on a monolith, that was stunningly beautiful.

    For those of you wondering about how this was uploaded 20 minutes ago (at the time of writing this) but there were already comments before it was uploaded. Members of a YouTube channel get to view uploads earlier than people who are not members of the channel.

    Apparently enemies damage queen bee, but do bosses? And what would happen if you mix daytime empress of light with the bee, would it bee (pun intended) one shot?

    "Myth": Any worm-type enemy (Worms, Wyvern, Bone Serpent, desert underground worms, etc.) is blocked from spawning, as long as the player stands in front of safe background walls. This is also why no worms spawn when you descend into the desert through the pyramid, since those are safe background walls

    Saves you a lot of headaches when fishing in hardmode on sky islands, since wyverns won't knock you around all the time

    I think the hook launch with shimmer just works the same way as when you hook to a door and then open it. The game realizes you could move further so it tries but then also realizes there shouldn’t be a hook there so gives you momentum but you keep it bc the hook isn’t there.

    This vid is good but why would you want to enter Temple early?
    You can't mine the traps, and neither disable them, the Lizards 1-3 hit you up to pre-Mech, the chests have no valuable loot except the Solar Tablet, and the remainder is decoration: Lizard Chest, Lizard Table, Lizard Chair.

    here's one: does the "drinking water while drowning" achievement trigger if you're drowning through equipping the fishbowl or buried in sand?
