Do you have legacy randomization on? That might be the reason why for that XD

That happened to me at the same lake but I was like level 5 fishing with the bamboo rod so I assumed it was because I wasn’t at a high enough level to unlock anything else, what is this 😭

Nothing weird about it; that pond just has a *very* limited selection of fish.

The pond has limited selection
Fish in the River itself and you’ll find a lot more (though in general I find Pike are *extremely common* when they’re in season lol)
