Hammer the corners so it’s flat like a roof

The wooden frame and the leaf roof should be matching ( or at the very least similar ), and you should be using living wood / painted living leaf walls instead.
Then there’s also the actual building beneath, which is just a literal rectangle. Add more to it to make it look less boxy and use brown paint to blend in other wood types to make the frame thicker in general. You can also do the same thing to the walls as well.
