Idk, I think he just says shitty things to people in general like the event with Sam and him skateboarding. You point out a perfectly excellent solution that the town could have a designated space crested for skateboarding and Lewis shames you for it saying he thought you had more sense than to prevent potential property damage to private homes with creating a park.
And also, he’s one to talk considering he’s too self important to tie down *one* person
