Most of the villages spawn in the middle of the ocean. One of the Portals spawns floating next to a village the other spawns sunken next to a village. Render distance was set to 32 while finding this. (32 render distance recommended) Seed is: 1081143243458976397. I’m not sure if this seed works in bedrock or not but I know it works in Java.
