dashing in Terraria is kind of broken so normally when the player dashes they go about 10 blocks or so forward but what’s strange is if you dash where there’s a slope you get glue to the floor and if you literally just remove the one block under you and you dash again there’s no gluing glue to the floor not glue to the floor now this gets especially weird when you go up into zero gravity territory because of the low gravity you assume your character would just go absolutely flying but if you position yourself on a slope even the very edge and you Dash You’re Still glued to it so yeah that’s kind of why
