Is there an adblock mod that removes antifeatures like these? I have misclicked on this “server” several times and it opens another menu immedeately as opposed to real servers that require a doubleclick. I hate it so much and I want it gone

No. Just get rid of the mod that added the ad, it should be simple to find.

Delete the mod BisectHosting server intergration menu. The jar should be BH-Menu-x.xx.x-x.x.jar.
