So, it’s not a skill issue, since skill is earned overtime don’t worry. Now about the bosses (I won’t give you a full method, but little tips about them and let you think of strategies to beat them).
######About Retinazer and Spazmatism : Retinazer’s lasers (all of them) can’t pass through walls, Spazmatism has a short range since it’s melee, so “fleeing” can be a good idea
About Skeletron Prime : It’s laser is one of it’s most annoying attacks to dodge, and he is a bit slow
######About the Destroyer : You can quickly be overwhelmed by all it’s lasers, so it can be a good choice to focus on removing some lasers if you want to careful, but you could tank it down and continually attack it. One thing not to use is debuff related weapons, as the Destroyer is immune to most of them
Also if you want precise guides for them online, and don’t wanna deal with strategizing yourself, there are good guides already available out there, and surely better than me

I cheesed them personally.
Destroyer with Nimbus Rod, Skeletron with rails, and the Twins is easy enough once you can access asphalt.
