NPCs keep randomly re-assigning themselves, even if I specifically assign them to a room

More information: NPCs also won’t move in automatically, I’ve had to spawn them in using Cheat Sheet (dw I only did it if it said I fulfilled the spawn requirements). I KNOW these rooms are suitable because using the in-game house validity checker says so. I’ve specifically assigned them and they keep moving around, I wasn’t able to get it on recording but I’ve literally seen all he housing assignments wipe and delete themselves all at once.

I have no idea which mod is causing this, and if this isn’t a mod, idk. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this
