I have been and always been a bulk crops farmer. Forget the processing. Sell directly like the farmer you were meant to me.
Trust me when I say KALE is the MOST profitable crop

I have a challenge farm where I'm not allowed to sell anything, and all the money I make has to come through quests, special orders etc.

I may have an ancient fruit empire with jegs everywhere, HOWEVER, I actually mostly just goof aroumd and use the money to do silly things like decorste my farm, and buy wood and stone from robin dtc.
I mainly do fishing to get money on the days where I'm keeping up with socializing, but go down in the mines on days where I'm fine with missing a day talking to everybody
