Terraria: How To Get Prismatic Lacewing / How To Spawn Empress Of Light (1.4 Journeys End)

hello today I will show you how to farm prismatic lace wings and spawn the Empress of light the Empress of light is a boss spawned from killing prismatic lace wings which spawn at night and hallow forest biomes and spawn more frequently towards the outer third of the map to increase the spawn rate of lace wings you can place down water candles found in the dungeon or use battle potions using both of these options to stack making enemies and lacewing spawn even faster capturing lace wings with a bug net and then releasing them in a hallow bomb and attacking them is a good way of spawning the Empress of light at any point you desire but releasing the lacewing outside of a hallow bomb will make it these for now almost instantly you can spawn the Empress of light even during the day by releasing and killing prismatic lace wings but that can have some very negative results if unprepared the Empress of light boss is a fast-moving bullet-hell type boss fight which has a preset pattern of attacks which never change but the boss does have two stages the first stage being when they are above half hell and the second stage when they are below half health each set of attack patterns loop when reaching the final attack in the sequence during the night the boss is quite challenging and is very powerful for the stage in the game that it can spawn so avoiding fighting the Empress until endgame is advised and during the day the Empress of lights damages sufficient enough to kill a player in one hit from any of its attacks only items which provide a chance to dodge or negate damage entirely are ineffective defense against being one shotted such as the master ninja gear and the hallowed armor I hope this helped and thank you for watching [Music]
