all right day 113 it’s time to get started with our second year in stardo Valley first things first I have to get readjusted to playing on this Farm I took a bit of a break between day 112 and now so I have to give my head a little Shake Rattle the brain a bit and try to remember exactly what is going on here I decide the first step I shall take is to talk to birdie she has something we want five golden walnuts right now I believe I need 11 more these five three for playing three games of darts in a cave on this island and three more for breaking open containers in the volcano dungeon we will start with this one also we will receive the crafting recipe for fairy dust as a reward too this is good because I would like to obtain all of the crafting recipes as soon as I possibly can so this is another major benefit of doing this one right now birdie has given us a momento we must find somebody who may be interested in this item give it to them and receive an item in return we then give that item to the most appropriate villager receive another item rinse and repeat until we receive the item birdie once that item being the Pirates locket without any further Ado let us not begin this Quest yet now see instead I’m going to head to the Walnut Room and accept an order to bring Mr key for prismatic shards I have also taken the liberty of spending all of my key gems to buy all but one of the crafting recipes available to us all I need now is the crafting recipe for Bluegrass starter this requires a further 40 gems we have encountered our first setback of year 2 at the special orders board albeit a minor setback neither of these two orders will reward us with a crafting recipe begrudgingly I accept pamal Lama’s order to give her 14 potato juice also Kent has arrived in town as it is the first day of year to this is very good timing as he is the man the myth the used car seal man who we must give the momento to he gives us tomato salt in return I take a look at the calendar where a revelation has been made the three stars on the 15th 16th and 17th of this month now have a label attached to them the desert Festival takes place on these three days it was also brought to my attention that in Spring of year 1 I said I would keep my eyes peeled for the festival that takes place on these days I then proceeded to immediately enter the mines where I spent the entirety of that day that was quite the skyly wag maneuver on my part I’m rambling a bit now I can feel it so let’s get back on track after buying potato and garlic seeds along with some Deluxe speed grow I give the Tomato salt to Gus and receive a stardew valley Rose this is a very pretty flower and I wish I could keep it but alas I have somebody’s dream to fulfill parting with this flower is no doubt going to weigh heavy on my heart though it is something I am willing to do in order to ensure that that birdie is reunited with the locket that belongs to her late husband Sandy is positively thrilled to receive this flower and bestows upon me the advanced TV remote I check on my chickens collecting mayonnaise as I do plant my potato seeds sell my mayonnaise and give the TV remote to Georgie the Arctic Shar he gives me is brought to the wizard forever the most kind of souls the wizard provides us with a wonderful item in return a worm how lovely there is but one man who this worm belongs to that man nay that absolute Titan of intensity integrity and intelligence is of course William he gives us the Pirates locket which I delivered to birdie mission accomplished I am happy William is Happy birdie is happy but most importantly I am happy as I mentioned at the beginning of the day the rewards for doing this are five golden walnuts and the fairy dust crafting recipe I plant my garlic seeds as I need to show one of them to the frog in the cave and I will of course need a few more for a crafting recipe and a cooking recipe maybe two cooking recipes I’m not entirely sure though I do think I’ve planted a sufficient amount day4 begins in a way that I’m sure a few of you will be quite happy with especially if you are bothered by a certain collection being unfinished in year one I am in the same boat as you should you happen to be one of those people you see so something that has very much been on my mind since finishing the first year is finishing the museum collection I donate the two items I forgot to deliver last year and I receive a star drop as a reward this is the sign that we’ have donated every single item of course we also unlocked an achievement that says we donated every item but the star drop is a more direct way of letting us know that we’ve done that so you know I’m very grateful for the stard drop the majority of the day is spent in the volcano dungeon however I you make time to enter the Pirate Cave where I play a game of darts to get the aforementioned three walnuts associated with doing this truth be told I can’t believe I forgot to do this prior to today but I can be lacad isical at the best of times I trade my golden walnuts for key gems we can now buy two walnuts for one gem very nice a bunch of coffee beans are ready for Harvest collecting it in the dark of night was not the smartest of ideas as I can’t really see which plants I’ve collected coffee beans from but I have gathered a couple hundred beans so I am content day 115 begins with a cleanup of the ginger Island Farm as I harvest the remaining coffee beans along with a few other crops the most important crop being the ancient fruit well I say it’s the most important but realistically I won’t be covering the entire farm with this seed until I’ve gathered all the other crops I need for cooking recipes so I apologize for downplaying the significance of the other crops I hope I have not hurt their feeling feelings I speak to the frog in order to show them the garlic I planted and I of course receive a delicious five golden walnuts for doing so at this point I only need one or two more golden walnuts which I can get by breaking those containers in the volcano dungeon an absolutely scintillating amount of starfruit wine is ready for collection over on the original Farm I filled the empty kegs with coffee beans I would very much like to have as close to permanent of a speed boost as possible and coffee is the most convenient way of doing that right now I toss ancient fruit into my seed makers and I’m going to stop mentioning this from now on it happens too regularly now there’s no point in mentioning it every single time although I won’t mention it anymore rest assured I will be doing this as often as I physically can I collect some starf fruit seeds from a chest and by some I mean a few hundred before checking out the Quarry area Oak resin is ready to be gathered so that is exactly what I do I add tappers to the Maple and pine trees while I’m here then I finally ask Robin to add a barn to the farm our shipping collection is looking decent I think I’ve shipped around 60% of the items but I am sorely lacking on animal products so getting a fully upgraded Coupe and barn along with all of the different animals is a primary objective of this season the shop owned by Caroline’s husband is closed on Wednesdays that is absolutely horrendous news so I head to the ginger Island Farm where I toss my starfruit wine into the shipping bin the rest rest of the day as well as days 116 and 117 are spent working on the farm here I’m going to clear out all of the seeds I have planted and start fresh spring summer and mixed seeds are going to be planted in their place also Kent’s birthday was on day 116 so I made sure to give him a gift I would very very very much like to give every villager a gift for their birthday I had a bit of a hiccup during spring of last year where I missed Abigail’s father’s birthday but I have been going strong since then I would also really like to reach maximum friendship with everybody this year so it is imperative that I do not miss any of these birthdays parsnips are the first of our new seeds to grow into crops on day 118 along with some B Cho and wheat that is a good start let’s keep the momentum going and continue to gather all of the crops I need over the course of the next 2 to 3 weeks I fill the empty spaces with parsnip and starfruit seeds now let’s talk business I have made the executive decision to spend 20,000 gold in order to legitimately obtain the remaining two golden walnuts it honestly would not be difficult or timec consuming in any way to get them in the volcano dungeon but I am very much interested in seeing if I will get a cut scene by doing this if I don’t then I apologize for this rapscallion like Behavior I am displaying the next stop is the shop owned by Caroline’s husband I don’t buy anything though SE showed me an absolute absolutely unfathomable amount of disrespect by not being in the shop when I visited you’re on thin ice perod The Platypus you’re on very thin ice and and you don’t have ice skates on in in fact you’re wearing very very thick boots made of a very strong material and and and you know and and those boots you know they’re they’re you know they’re kind of stomping down on the ice that you’re on and you know it won’t take too much pressure for that ice to break and you know start cracking and well like look look we all know what happens when the ice starts to crack you know know like it all it starts with a small crack and then it gets bigger and then multiple cracks start to form and then before you know it you’re just surrounded by cracks in the ice and well now let’s just say you won’t be having a good time when that happens and you know who’ll be there laughing at you when you’ve officially broken the ice go on take take a guess that’s right me I I I will be there laughing because I dislike you uh uh yeah anyway so I planted some potato seeds in the greenhouse and bought a new book from Marney this book allows us to buy things from Marie’s shop when she isn’t there this is officially the best feature of the 1.6 update I would even put it ahead of the ability to do little hops when you’re using your tools and I love that feature so me putting this book ahead of that feature says a lot about the book I also decided to have two cows added to her new barn please welcome moo and moomo to the family the raccoons want a dried moral and five white algae I have plenty of algae and I can easily make a dried moral on account of me choosing the mushroom cave during spring of year 1 I toss five of this beautiful item into a dehydrator we should get the item we need tomorrow I ask Robin to upgrade the coupe or chickens shall soon be welcoming some ducks into their family and exchange a ticket for a prize I receive a copy of mining weekly reading it gives me some mining XP it is only right now when I realize that I never selected the rewards for reaching Mastery level two and level three so it’s off to the cave to redeem these rewards I choose foraging Mastery primarily for the ability to find golden mystery boxes but also because the treasure totem and the Mystic tree seed intrigue me I also choose combat Mastery specifically so I can find trinkets I am very curious as to what they do the Mystic tree seed requires five each of Oak Pine Maple and mahogany tree seeds so I chopped down some mahogany trees in order to obtain these seeds I make a grand total of two Mystic tree seeds which I plant in the Quarry we should be able to put tappers on them in order to get Mystic juice I don’t know what it’s called basically the equivalent of getting Oak resin from an oak tree also I sprinkled tree fertilizer on these two tree seeds my choice to buy the remaining two golden walnuts has paid off as I’m blessed with a cut scene featuring Morris chilling beside a bag of money cool day 119 the end of her first week in year 2 I collect the dried moral and toss my potatoes into kegs in order to make the potato juice Pam Lama once I deliver the dried moral and five white algae to the raccoons I receive the raccoon hat in return look I’m going to be honest here at this point I truly do not believe that anything will come anywhere close to being able to replace my Deluxe pirate hat it’s just not happening in fact I’m going to go a step further I love this hat so much that it will remain on my head for the rest of this playthrough and on top of that my number one goal in every single playthrough I do from here on out will be to obtain this pirate hat as soon as I possibly can after selling some blueberries I give a pepper to Lewis for his birthday a gold star pepper of course gold star quality items give a little boost to the French points we get so I will always Avail of that option speaking of which I give a gold St pumpkin to kobus the reason why I am specifically highlighting kobus in the area of giving gifts and getting her friendship up is I want to get him to 10 hearts of friendship as soon as I can so I can ask him to be my roommate I ask Clinton to crack open my mystery boxes I receive a cherry sapling from the golden one all right that’s worth a couple thousand gold at least also the name Clinton comes from multiple people in my comment section telling me that I should call him that because I was very much struggling with coming up with a nickname for for him so thank you all for that suggestion I’m loving the nickname Clinton it works very well I think the remainder of the day as well as days 120 and 121 are spent in the skull Caverns I was hoping to get my hands on at least one trinket during this time I did not get my hands on a trinket I did however collect the four Prismatic shards Mr key wants so you know Silver Linings day 122 begins with the collection of Oak resin from the Quarry area I want to be as efficient as possible when it comes to collecting these I’m going to need a ton of kegs in order to make a ton of wine in order to make a ton of money I asked Robin to upgrade the barn make 24 kegs and add them to The Keg collection it’s harvesting time over on Ginger Island I did not realize how many flower seeds I planted it is a bit of an inconvenience harvesting all of these as each color and each quality takes up a different space in my inventory so like 14 spaces are taken up by Blue Jazz alone after collecting everything that has grown I replace them with Starfruit seeds if I can get another 20 or 30 kegs made before these are ready that would be Sensational as I want to make at least 150 starfruit wine at a time if I can I deliver the four Prismatic shards to Mr key trade more walnuts for key gems and use my gems to buy the Bluegrass starter crafting recipe and the key to the town once again we are not being offered a special order that that has a crafting recipe associated with it so with a heavy heart I accept a special order from Caroline’s husband I give a gripe to Vincent for his birthday this is why I bought the key to the town it allows us to enter any building regardless of the time if I had not bought it then I don’t think I would have been able to enter this house thus I would have missed his birthday to finish off the day I give a coconut to Leah to complete a quest she gave us potato juice is ready to collect on day 123 I only need 14 I believe for pamal Lama special order but I can just sell the rest so it’s all good I give a gold pumpkin to kobis and visit the book seller where I trade two copies of the monster compendium Book for a slime press I also chop down a tree stump to gain access to a little area behind the book seller where I find a ticket I exchanged this ticket for a stardrop tea this tea shall of course be given to kobus as we are pretty close to get getting 10 hearts of Friendship with him I dropped the potato juice off in pamal Lama’s house completing her special order this rewards us with another ticket which I exchanged for a cow decoration I placed this decoration in my house and I must say it looks absolutely Stirling I received a notification that the carp fishing frenzy had started in the mountain area so I quickly made my way there there is a very big bubble spot and fishing in it results in catching nothing but carp this is a a cool addition though it would have been more beneficial had this happened during spring of year 1 still though this is pretty neat all the same over on Ginger Island I buy the tropical curry cooking recipe from Gustavo before harvesting the various crops and flowers that have grown I decide to toss some items into the shipping bin including a bunch of starf fruit that I was originally planning on tossing into my kegs I earn over 120,000 gold from this sale day 124 begins with a another harvesting session at this point I think I need to start preparing to make all of the cooking recipes I’m going to buy some mini fridges next week and toss all of the ingredients I need into those fridges I will also make sure I’ve shipped every crop I need for the shipping collection and hold onto anything that is needed for crafting recipes and gifts for the villagers then I can safely begin planting nothing but star fruit and ancient fruit without worrying about missing any crops I asked Robin to upgrade our barn and byy 10 void essence from kobus this is something that I’m going to be doing every day for the foreseeable future as I need 200 void Essence to get the void ghost pendant in the desert we need this item if we want kobus to become our roommate I toss gold star vegetables into a box to complete Caroline’s husband’s special order and that is it for today I drop by my greenhouse on day 125 pretty soon I’m going to be filling this up entirely with ancient fruit seeds of course as it is the 13th day of spring the egg Festival takes place today the first thing I do is buy a full stack of strawberry seeds along with an extra 25 so in total we have 1,024 seeds now if you’ve seen my other playthroughs or even year one of this playthrough you may know that I pride myself on being the most ruthless determined and strongest participant in the egg hunt ever alas it is with the most heavy of hearts that I reveal what happened during this year’s egg hunt the eggs were all in different locations this is a change I was not expecting and I unfortunately was not able to improvise adapt and overcome I failed yeah I failed to win the egg hunt Abigail won from here on out Abigail’s father shall only be known as Caroline’s husband hearing Abigail’s name in any way shape or form will only result in me feeling a deep sense of sadness and shame as I remember what happened on this tragic day in more light-hearted news however I have over 1,000 and strawberry seeds at my disposal I spend the night preparing the ground for the planting of these seeds tomorrow speaking of which day 126 is primarily spent planting these strawberry seeds I used theux speed grow to cover 100 or so Extra Spaces that weren’t already covered in speed grow then I got to work on planting as many seeds as I possibly could by 600 p.m. I had around 400 seeds planted that’s good but not great I feel that the remaining spots with more strawberry seeds then I clear out more space on the farm and place more quality and iridium sprinklers down the result of all of this hard work was me planting over 600 strawberry seeds today very nice I had planned on spending day 127 in the skull Caverns getting idium ore for future crafting recipes hence me using the desert warp totem however I was in for quite the surprise when I arrived in the desert as it looks completely different from normal it takes a minute or two for me to realize this is because the desert Festival starts today most of the Stalls here aren’t open yet though I was able to get some food off of one of the people here I went with a combination of beans and hot sauce this combo resulted in me getting spicy tacos Marilyn and Gil have set up shop outside the skull Caverns we can accept one of two challenges the one I choose will reward us with 50 Calico eggs if we can reach floor 30 in the skull Caverns wasting no time whatsoever I enter the skull cavarinos and plow my way through this mine system I won’t ramble for too much here as there’s honestly not much I can say about it I used all of my staircases and most of my bombs to greatly speed up the process of going further and further as well as obtaining a ton of ores gems and Calico eggs I do want to talk about the Calico eggs specifically though as they are a new item in the 1.6 update it looks like you can obtain them by defeating monsters breaking Calico egg rocks and and completing the challenges Marilyn gives you her challenge was as I said to reach floor 30 which was extremely easy thanks to all of the equipment I brought with me I realized partway through that I hadn’t reached floor 100 yet which meant I hadn’t met Mr key on that floor and received the permanent Health boost for doing so I kept going until I reached floor 100 in order to get that Health boost you will notice there is a Calico egg in the top right hand corner with the number 25 written on it this is or egg level it increases by one every five levels you get through there are also statues in the skull Caverns that you can click on to get another egg level Gil gave me 200 Calico eggs for reaching an egg level of 25 which meant I had a total of 444 Calico eggs when all was said and done I check out the various stalls Emily is offering cloth a prismatic Shard sea urchins and mixed flow seeds in exchange for eggs George is offering a TV coffee vinegar moral and artifact troves Sandy has set up a room where you can receive a new outfit for free I get what looks like a mining outfit I immediately put my pirate hat back on but I keep the rest of this new outfit equipped I feel like the shirt and the pants have really added to the whole pirate aesthetic like I think I actually look like a pirate now I receive a free Cactus decoration then I check out another stall I spend my eggs on Mega bombs and spicy eel dishes I do want to point out that this person is selling strawberry seeds if you manage to unlock the desert during spring of year one you could make so much money by trading eggs for a ton of these strawberry seeds planting them all and selling the strawberries that might be something I aim to do in a future playthrough anyway I’m going to call it here for the day the trend of not receiving a special order that will give us a crafting recipe as a reward continues on day 128 I choose Rob in special order just because I have some mahogany trees back on the farm that I can chop down to quickly get the hardwood I need for it I exchange a ticket for some Omni gelds Harvest some crappie wippies on Ginger Island and accept a new quest for Mr key he is once again asking us to score 50,000 points in the junoo Kart game I am not confident in my junoo Kart skills but I will attempt this at some point I use a warp totem to get to the desert where I check out these stalls Vincent is offering things like fiber bug meat and sap I pick up some Fiber because I need 999 fiber for a single crafting recipe that reminds me I will have to plant fiber seeds at some point this month I asked the person at the food stall to make me a dish with a rare fruit and hot sauce the resulting dish gives us a plus one speed boost and plus three luck I trade my eggs for some more spicy eel dishes and once again picked the challenge to reach floor 30 of the skull C Caverns cutting right to the chase I reached floor 45 and immediately left the skull Caverns I talked to Gil who gives me 25 Calico eggs for earning an egg rating of 11 it is time for a different challenge now William will give us a reward if we can catch a scorpion carp I am very proud to say that I’ve officially reached the point where I can consistently catch the Scorpion carp with no trouble whatsoever I receive a tasty 50 Calico eggs for catching the this fish the spicy eel dish and the dish I got from the food stall has given me plus four luck alog together I believe so I spend some time in the casino where I earn enough key coins to afford the alien rarecrow I now only have to get two more rare crows one of which I can buy from the dwarf the other is sold at the spirits Eve Festival during fall so I shall be making sure I do not skip that Festival like I did last year I begin a 129 by clearing away some random tree saplings that have appeared by our mahogany trees I then chop down all of these trees and I of course replant the mahogany seeds I get from them making sure to cover them and tree fertilizer as I do also I completely forgot about the chest I placed here there was a ton of star fruit and ancient fruit inside along with ancient seeds and hardwood this was an absolutely Sensational Discovery I tossed the star fruit into Kegs and put the ancient fruit into seed makers I visit the raccoons they want dandelion juice and pickled kale I do wonder if we get a leeway with this one as in does it have to be dandelion juice or can I donate potato juice or parsnip juice or just some type of vegetable juice and instead of pickled kale can I bring them pickled cauliflower in other news I have officially completed Robin’s special order to collect 8 hardwood that is one more order checked off the list hopefully we can now start getting crafting recipes as rewards again soon I head into the saloon where I decide to play Juno moart I can’t remember the last time I played this game but surely it can’t be too difficult right I will just let the footage of me playing it play yeah no it turns out I’m dog water at this game I’m just going to give up right now I don’t think I will ever be able to score 20,000 points never mind 50,000 I asked Robin to upgrade the coup to cheer myself up I also buy the workbench from her I teleport to the desert where I trade some eggs for a beer a meat and two pale ale I give one pale ale to Pam Lama as I have a Quest from her to give her one the second pale ale along with the other two drinks will be tossed into the shipping bin Alex is selling magic hair shell I want that so I accept another challenge from William a fish has swallowed his rare golden bobber I catch a scorpion carp and I managed to catch a treasure chest at the same time this chest contains the bobber William was looking for so I give it to him he gives me 30 eggs as a reward I buy the magic hair gel then I spend the remainder of the day Gathering items I need for crafting recipes and putting them into a chest beside the workbench to begin day 10 30 I should probably explain what the workbench is just in case anybody doesn’t know the workbench allows you to craft items using things in your inventory and things that are stored in a chest beside the workbench so for example if you had no wood in your inventory but you had 50 wood in a chest beside the workbench you would still be able to make a chest I need more of the basic crafting ingredients like wood Moss fiber Stone you know that kind of stuff I also need to get radioactive ore and radio active bars but I need Mr key to give us a very specific special order in order to gain access to those two items I give a cactus fruit to pamal Lama for her birthday as my friendships with the Villagers are of Paramount importance this year I give a cave carrot to Kent in order to complete his quest and receive a ticket for doing so collect another ticket for completing a special order and trade both tickets for kegs and diamonds I would like to talk briefly about how this playthrough is going while I H Harvest star fruit plant star fruit and ancient fruit seeds and throw star fruit into Kegs and dehydrators I will also be shipping a few items which you will see footage of after the previous things I mentioned have been shown but any HST let’s get down to business at this point I have completed the Georgia route found all 130 golden walnuts completed the Wizard’s Quest and unlocked the shop Ines tower for all intents and purposes we are now at the stage where we just have to do a certain few things every day in order to achieve Perfection basically we need to keep giving gifts talking to the villagers and completing the special orders and jobs the villagers give us in order to max out our friendships we also have to keep planting and harvesting star fruit and ancient fruit in order to make wine and earn a ton of money and of course unlock the remaining cooking and crafting recipes that’s it that’s all we have to do back to the gaml now day 131 begins with a strawberry harvesting session I Al collect some dried starf fruit and sell everything bumping my bank account up to 260,000 gold I decide to buy 50 each of the cooking stuff you know things like sugar and oil I buy 10 solar and void Essence from kobus along with three void eggs I enter the Mastery cave where I choose mining Mastery the only one I have left to unlock is fishing Mastery over in Marne shop I buy two Auto Grabbers and a dog house before filling my barn with cows goats and pigs and my CS with ducks and rabbits I still need animal products like cheese goat milk duck eggs yada yada yada for the shipping collection hence the purchasing of these animals I toss a void egg into a mayonnaise machine and a dinosaur egg into the incubator in the coupe a reptile will hatch from this egg in around 10 days I believe I place my oil makers and cheese presses in the barn and try to place my dogghouse beside my own house but I cannot for some reason I sell a few bits and Bobs to Caroline’s husband then I head to Ginger Island where I discovered that my starfruit is not yet ready for Harvest that was deeply upsetting fortunately day 132 begins with the harvesting of starf fruit so I am no longer upset nay I am happy I toss an ostrich egg into the shipping bin and swing my sighte at the trees in the Quarry to obtain Moss this is something I should have been doing the entire time but I have not that is a mistake I will never repeat again I I buy four mini fridges from Robin which I shall be storing the ingredients for the cooking recipes in the fridge functions similarly to the workbench in the sense that you can use items in both your inventory and in the fridges to cook dishes also days 133 through 138 are spent harvesting star fruit and strawberries tossing star fruit into dehydrators and Kegs and giving gifts to the villagers I also accepted a special order from Demetrius to catch 20 ocean fish the reward for this is the crafting recipe for the computer also also I messed up I reset my farming perks because I wanted to choose the perk that gives a 40% bonus to the sale of artisan Goods but I chose the wrong perk so I had to do it again the following day thankfully I chose the right perk that time on day 139 I take the squid out of my pond and replace them with a sturgeon as I need sturgeon row I can take this row and put it into a preserve shair to make cier which I need for the shipping collection after collecting dried starfruit and harvesting strawberries I sell all of my strawberries starfruit and starfruit related items which brings us up to almost 1 million gold delightful I can indeed confirm I completed Demitri’s special order which means I have received a ticket as well as the computer crafting recipe I trade this ticket for mystery boxes give a gold star pumpkin to kobus and give gold star wol to Emily the good news about me giving out gifts during year 1 especially for birthdays is giving a gift to a villager in year 2 has so far resulted in me maxing out my friendship with that villager every time so we are definitely on track to maxing them all out by the end of winter I wanted to have the extra rooms added to our house but my furniture was blocking literally every extra room I still have to buy so I couldn’t actually have any of them built instead I asked Robin to add a shed to the farm this is the first of what will be many many sheds I say many many but it’s more than likely going to be three or four at the most our farm is not looking aesthetically pleasing right now and that is putting it very lightly so I’m going to start putting my kegs furnaces seed makers Etc into sheds during summer day 140 the final day of spring I begin by buying two full stacks of starfruit seeds and yeah that’s that’s pretty much it to be honest I just bought void Essence from kobis and coffees from Gus this was a a weird season and by weird I mean I didn’t think I would have made this much progress at this stage in the game I am way ahead of where I thought I would be so that’s kind of ruined the whole plan I had for year two in the best possible way of course though it’s going to be interesting seeing what happens in summer I think I’m going to set a challenge for myself by the end of summer I want to have bought all four obelisks will we be able to do this let’s find out it is day 141 which means summer has officially begun I want to give you all a quick heads up earning a ton of money was my number one priority this season this is going to be a pretty short segment in the video and you’ll see why that is around the second week of Summer after planting a couple hundred starfruit seeds I collect starfruit wine and jelly from the Kegs and preserve jars I sell these items giving our bank account a much need needed boost I make sure to grab 50 red cabbage seeds as I still need to ship one and I need a couple more for the cooking recipes Delux speed grow has also become an invaluable resource so I buy over 400 of that stuff too I sell some bits and Bob so I can afford a ticket to Ginger Island and accept a special order from Emily she wants us to bring her a few gems again we won’t get a crafting recipe for doing this which is not very chill over on Ginger Island I harvest some crops and clear out some weeds that have appeared I pop into Mr Key’s Walnut Room and check the special orders available to us these two special orders are disgusting quite frankly and I want nothing to do with them I’m never ever doing the key Bean order ever again the rest of the day as well as day 142 is spent planting starfruit seeds on both Farms I also sold a decent amount of items which earned me over 220,000 gold here is a look at the farm to begin day 143 as you can see it is practically covered in starfruit seeds we should make millions of gold during the next 3 and 1/2 Weeks which is good because I want to buy all four obelisks and I need 3 million gold to do so a dinosaur egg I tossed into the incubator has hashed and produced a baby lizard I call this lizard Fetti in honor of my favorite character from the Grand Theft Auto series ancient fruit is tossed into our cegs the wine they produce is worth quite a bit of gold though not as much as starfruit wine I chop down all of my mahogany trees making sure to plant any mahogany seeds I receive I should have more than enough hardwood to cover all of the crafting recipes I asked Robin to add a second shed to the farm and collect Mystic and maple syrup at the Quarry I’m also making a conscious effort to collect Moss every time I get the chance because I need at least 500 of that stuff for crafting recipes the remainder of the day as well as day 144 is spent chopping down trees in order to get the wood I need for crafting recipes I should probably just come out and say it summer is very much going to be a filler season where the main two goals are to get the materials I need for crafting recipes and earn at least 3 million gold if you want to skip to the end of Summer by all means I would not blame you at all for doing so I promise you fall will be a lot more interesting than some well no I’m not going to make that promise cuz I don’t know for sure so fall might be more interesting we’ll find out I plant red cabbage seeds on day 145 before heading to Emily and Haley’s house where I give a topaz a jade an amethyst a ruby and an emerald to Emily to complete her special order I collect a ticket and exchange it for magic rock candy I might eat this in the future though it is worth like 5,000 gold so I may also sell it instead I don’t know I wasn’t really thinking straight during this season I was basically on autopilot the entire time after giving a pumpkin to kobis I asked Robin to add a third shed to the farm the rest of the day as well as day 146 is spent in the skull Caverns collecting copper iron gold and aridium ore for crafting recipes I still have a decent amount of bars so I wasn’t too concerned with smelting this ore once again I had a decent sale that earned me around 100,000 gold day 147 begins with a mini ancient fruit harvesting session I collect Oak resin and Mystic syrup at the Quarry and actually I think I should mention that I only really need two no three Mystic syrup from what I can tell I need two for crafting recipes and one more to ship and that should be it hopefully that’s it anyway but if I do end up needing more I have easy access to that stuff here in the Quarry I ask Robin to upgrade the first shed this will be filled with kegs as soon as it is ready now I’m going to change the format of this video slightly here instead of talking about what I did each day I’m going to talk about what I did each week as I did not do enough things every day to justify describing each day I will only be doing this for the rest of summer we will hopefully be back to normal for fall depending on how things go so days 148 through 154 are spent giving gifts to the villagers as always chopping down trees and replanting the seeds asking Robin to upgrade the second shed and checking out the book seller shop for the sake of science I decide to buy the book of Stars book reading this gives us experience in all skills before I read it I had 24863 XP after reading it that jumped up to 2,988 XP this means it gave me 1,125 XP in total or 225 for each skill gother wants us to collect 100 bones and bring them to him I will receive a crafting recipe for doing this so I’m absolutely going to get this done I harvest ancient fruit on Ginger Island and have extremely good luck in Mr Key’s Walnut Room we have finally received the danger in the Deep Quest the goal of this Quest is to reach the bottom of the mines I do plan on getting this done but the main reason I accepted it is this dangerous mine system contains radioactive ore which I need for crafting recipes and for the shipping collection I toss a bunch of coffee beans into kegs collect ancient fruit wine and all of the resulting coffees after turning these coffees into triple shot espressos I buy some Mega bombs from the dwarf and enter the dangerous mines the combination of our triple shot espressos spicy eels and mega bombs makes the process of progressing through this area an absolute walk in the park I managed to reach floor 20 just before passing out at 2 a.m. what a lovely start to this adventure while harvesting starf fruit I reached the fifth and final Mastery level this means I can finally go to the cave and unlock fishing Mastery that will be done at some point during fall or winter I have way too much to do right now a duck feather and a dinosaur egg have appeared in the auto Grabber I tossed the egg into a mayonnaise machine and the duck feather into the shipping bin I continue frolicking through the dangerous mines things were going very nicely for me until I reached floor 50 the dark smoke on these floors made it borderline impossible for me to spot the ladders down to the next floor I shall return here with a glow ring in order to beat this Monumental challenge I harvest more starfruit and some red cabbage and pick up all of the kegs that I have placed on the farm I place as many of them as I possibly can into a shed this is the first official keg shed I filled these kegs with star fruit toss ancient fruit and ancient fruit wine into the shipping bin and plant more starfruit seeds our routine collecting of syrups Pine toar and Oak resin occurs at the Quarry then I asked Robin to upgrade the third shed I returned to the mines equipped with the oso value glow ring this trivializes the dark cloudy floors I’m currently on which means The Vibes are once again Immaculate I place kegs preserve jars and dehydrators into the second shed though I would like to replace The Preserve jars and dehydrators with more kegs as soon as possible I collect dinosaur mayonnaise toss it and a red cabbage into the shipping bin and continue working my way through the mines I make it to floor 107 with one more day remaining in this challenge that means I will have to get from floor 105 to floor 120 before day 154 is over will I be able to do this yes yes I was able to do this in fact there was no alternative here I could not allow myself to fail this challenge because I had spent way too much time working on it I realized pretty early on that an easy way of finding ladders was to defeat as many monsters as I possibly could on each floor granted I did have to start eating gold stars starfruit to make sure I didn’t lose all my health but it was worth it I also picked up a fairy trinket this fairy regenerates my health while I’m fighting so that helped me quite a bit another thing I want to mention is that I was able to collect around 25 radioactive ore which I think is all I need I have to ship a radioactive ore and a radioactive bar and I need two ore and two bars for crafting recipes I believe that’s all I need so in total that’s 18 radioactive ore I should be fine with the radioactive ore I have but now that I’ve completed the special order I can activate a shrine on floor 120 to turn it into the dangerous mines again and get more radioactive ore if I need to I buy 444 starfruit seeds then I realize I completely forgot about gother special order I collected one single bone today is the final day to do this order so unfortunately I have failed I will just have to wait and hope gther gives me the this order again in the future is what I would have said during our first year but I am a completely different Beast during year 2 as soon as day 112 ended and we entered day one of spring in year 2 every single neuron in my brain lit up every brain cell working at maximum capacity call me Bradley Cooper the way I am limitless I use bombs to break every rock at the digite collecting a whopping 72 born fragments I know it says I’ve collected 79 but that number includes the one I had before for this and things like the skeletal hand artifact so we need to get 28 more bone fragments it is currently 6:30 p.m. Mission failed right wrong I’m only just getting started I enter the quarry mines where I defeat the skeletons in the right side of the area to get more bones with 80 of them in my inventory I had to floor 71 of the mines where I defeat even more skeletons I push forward to floor 74 where I don’t just obtain my 100th bone nay I obtained 101 bones I enter the museum delivering the bones to gther and completing his order I grab my beloved ticket and exchange it for a stardrop tea with the second week of Summer done and dusted let us turn our attention to days 155 through 161 our Greenhouse is looking absolutely Sterling as it is filled to the brim with ancient fruit I add more kegs to the second shed and finally trade2 200 void Essence for the void ghost pendant getting grobis to Max hars was actually really easy thanks to two star drop te’s gold star pumpkins and idium quality horse radishes I believe I got around four hearts of Friendship with him just for giving him a pumpkin on his birthday after accepting an order from Robin to collect 1,000 pieces of stone the reward for which is the crafting recipe for the stone chest I collect the star fruit that is grown on Ginger Island I sell the gold star ones to Caroline’s husband and buy even more starfruit seeds the majority of this week was spent in the mines collecting 1,000 pieces of stone in order to complete Robin’s challenge I give a horseradish and a stardrop tea to kobis I should be receiving the seventh and final stard drop from him as soon as I reached 12 and 1 half hearts of Friendship with him I also noticed that the cursed mannequin has been moved I did not touch it it was right beside my bed and now it’s beside kobus room that is really creepy I might get rid of it now n who am I kidding it’s going to stay there I’m not getting rid of it any H let’s not dilly dally for too long let us discuss what happened during days 162 through 168 aka the final week of Summer I continued collecting star fruit wine tossing star fruit into kegs and harvesting ancient fruit I collected Oak resin which I used to make kegs traded a ticket for a treasure chest harvested even more ancient fruit and accepted an order from Mr key this one is similar to The Dangerous Minds order except this one involves the skull Caverns I’m not going to try to get to floor 100 like the orderer wants me to though I will just pop in to grab some radioactive or I trade key gems for the missing stock list I can give this to Caroline’s husband in order to be able to buy any seed at any time so for example I will be able to buy parsnip seeds melon seeds and garlic seeds during the fall I replaced the dehydrators and preserve your with ceg spend some time in the skull caverns and deliver 24 eggs to Gustavo in order to complete an order he gave me we will not receive a crafting recipe for doing this order but you know Gustavo gave us the special order so that’s reason enough for me to do it I have a massive star fruit harvesting session multiple times finally on the last day of summer I sell almost all of my ancient fruit and starf fruit along with all of my starfruit wine starfruit jelly and dried star fruit with a a beautiful 3.3 million gold at my disposal I asked the wizard to add the four obelisks to the farm we can now use these to teleport to the Mountain Lake Area the beach the desert and ginger Island the ginger Island one is going to be especially useful as it makes going back and forth so much easier the desert one would have been useful if I had bought it sooner but I’ve decided to cover the ginger Island Farm in ancient fruit seeds so I will no longer be spending money on starfruit seeds and with that summer comes to an end I apologize for condensing this season down and not really doing much outside of making money and collecting materials for crafting recipes but the only big purchase I have left to make is either the gold clock or 10 Perfection waivers and considering our Ginger Island farm and Greenhouse are full of ancient fruit I basically don’t have to worry about money from here on out anyway I’ve spent enough time talking about this season and everything that happened let’s move on to fall all right day 169 the first day of fall let’s get straight to business after completing the routine collecting of battery packs honey and animal products I clear out the remains of our star fruit that unfortunately cannot be grown this season but that’s okay because I’m going to be planting ancient fruit seeds pretty much exclusively from now on right now the most important item on the agenda is to finally start decorating the farm it has been in shambles for far too long I cannot even begin to describe how nauseous I have felt every single time I have seen the absolute terrible State this Farm is in so let’s talk about the game plan here I have taken a screenshot of the farm and I’ve used the little pencil tool to draw a rough idea of what I’m going to do with this Farm first and foremost the gray lines represent Cobblestone Pathways I’m going to be using them to link the main areas of the farm together we get a tiny speed boost when we walk on them and they will hopefully make the farm look pretty to if we turn our attention to the bottom right of the farm you will see a blue line going around the barn in the coupe this is a wooden fence inside that area we have a yellow squiggly line that is straw flooring this is just for aesthetic purposes below that we have a green circle this is just grass for the animals to the left of the animal area we have two green circles around the two ponds I will be planting a ton of trees in these two areas again this is simply for aesthetic purposes the red square is where I will be moving the pond to the purple rectangle above that is where the second Juna Hut will be going the orange plus icons represent quality sprinklers though I may just use iridium sprinklers instead I’m not too sure yet finally in the right hand side of the farm just below the greenhouse is a Juna Hut that will remain there and the purple plus icons are of course idium sprinklers it’s a pretty rough design but I’m hoping it will turn out nice when I’m finished also I will be covering the farm and grass again this is literally just for aesthetic purposes this does mean we will be losing a ton of space to plant crops on when this is finished but at this point I only need the space on Ginger Island and in the greenhouse so the rest of today as well as days 172 through 177 are spent working on the farm of course while this is happening I keep my kegs stocked with Starfruit and I toss the missile enous machines into a shed I bring every item in every chest on the farm into this same shed I sell starf fruit wine and give the missing stock list to Caroline’s husband I toss a dock mayonnaise into a box in the saloon to get the pinky lemon statue make time to give gifts to the villagers as always and toss a strange bun into a box in Vincent’s room to get the fogon statue finally I put a super cucumber into a box behind Clint shop to get the hmtgf statue I place these three statues beside the dogghouse with all of the farm nicely decorated I plant grass in the remaining empty areas artichokes are ready for Harvest on day 178 this is the final item I need to ship in order to complete the shipping collection so I’m very happy to get that out of the way normally I try to finish the shipping collection before the end of the first year but I can’t complain at least it’s done now I do have some quite unfortunate news though at at this point I’m getting really worried that I’m just drawing things out and desperately trying to come up with ways to keep every day interesting just for the sake of it and it’s starting to feel really forced to me anyway so with that in mind I think it’s time to just condense the remaining days down into one segment days 178 through day 218 wow that’s a big jump are mainly spent giving gifts to the villagers harvesting ancient fruit and making star fruit and ancient fruit wine as we tackle the final obstacles in the way of a achieving Perfection the noteworthy things that happened during this period of time are the following I collect a dandelion juice and pickled kale which I give to the raccoons I receive five fairy dust in return I finally unlock fishing Mastery and obtain the crafting recipe for challenge bait and the advanced fishing rod I can now also find golden fishing chests I attend the spirits e Festival where I buy the last rarecrow I need along with the Jacko Lantern crafting recipe I believe this maze here is also new and it was a lot more difficult for me to get through than the normal one after a couple of minutes I managed to reach the end where I received a ticket sweet I was sent the crafting recipe for the deluxe Scarecrow on the mail I believe that was the last crafting recipe I needed so I get to work on Crafting every item unfortunately though I forgot one vital thing I never asked Robin to add the seller to the house so I don’t have the crafting recipe for The Cask also that mannequin SW outfits with me it also moved to a different spot in the house that is extremely unnerving but I’m still going to keep it here I make a couple more items I missed and ask Robin to add the seller to the house when the seller has been fully completed I unlock the crafting recipe for The Cask which I make officially crafting the final item and Crossing that objective off the list I give sea urchins and slime to the raccoon and receive the jungle tank decoration it’s off to the mines now where I consume a monster musk in finish off the final monster eradication goal the slimes I only had to defeat around 50 more of them which didn’t take long at all thanks to the monster musk I give a coffee to Harvey for his birthday maxing out his friendship and sell my ancient fruit ancient fruit wine and star fruit wine this brings us up to over 5 million gold I give roasted hazelnuts and a star drop tea to Kent which maxes out his friendship too he was the final person I had to reach full hearts with the Friendship goal has now been complet it there are only two more things I must do in order to achieve Perfection the first is to cook every dish this doesn’t take long at all as I have almost everything I need though I did have to go into my shed and burn to get eels cheese and milk I make a dish of the sea unlocking the achievement to cook every dish a trip to Mr Key’s Walnut Room reveals that I’ve reached 90% Perfection all I have to do now is buy the golden clock for 10 million gold so why did I stop selling items after I reached 5 million gold because I’m not buying the golden clock I’m buying 10 Perfection waivers instead this will cost 5 million gold and give me the remaining 10% I need to reach Perfection this was a wonderful business deal in my opinion sure enough my plan works grandpa is proud of us and the legacy of Bluey Farm is eternal a notification lets us know that a rumbling sound can be heard in the distance which means we have unlocked the summit but be before I go there and end this playthrough there are a few more things I want to do first I had to Clint where I asked him to crack open my mystery boxes and golden mystery boxes I get some lovely items like deluxe speed grow a sprinkler and artichoke and corn seeds I also get the book of mysteries reading this book gives me a slightly greater chance to find Mystery Boxes I’m now only missing two books and I know exactly where to get them I can buy one from the dwarf in the mindes and I can get the other by giving 10 diamonds to the dwarf in the volcano dungeon I also noticed that a green check mark appears in the bottom left of a special order if you’ve already completed it there have been a few times in the past where I did an order more than once by accident so this will definitely benefit me in the future I enter Lewis’s house where I place a staircase in his bedroom this gives me access to his basement full disclosure I did not find this out on my own I saw somebody mention it in a comment so I wanted to show it in this video I make my way through the Mason his basement and pick up a pair of purple shorts at the end then a flying pair of purple shorts appears and starts chasing me around that is not a sentence I ever thought I would say I follow the directions in a secret note to find a solid gold statue of Mayor Lewis gross I follow the directions in another secret note which leads me to a truck outside jamart the person in this truck will give me a reward if I bring them a rabbit’s foot I buy some coffees then I enter the secret Woods I have a maple syrup in my inventory so this causes a cut scene to play I meet a bear who takes the maple syrup from me in return I receive the Bear’s knowledge salmon berries and blackberries are now worth triple the price I use a warp totem to get to the mountains I don’t know why I did this as I could have used the Obelisk on the farm to get here instead but you know you know I I I have no explanation for what I did I buy the dwarvish safety manual then I swing my pickaxe behind the community center I kept swinging it randomly until I finally picked up the junimo statue I give the rabbit’s foot to the truck driver and get the special charm our luck has been permanently increased I use the treasure totem to make artifact spots appear at the beach this probably isn’t the best place to use these though especially during winter as I mainly get clay and winter forage I interact with a bush and Marney and Lewis pop out and run away as fast as they possibly can I asked Marne if she saw Marne and Lewis in the bush and then I realize who I’m talking to I think Marne has a doppelganger or maybe a twin sister or or maybe she’s like the wizard and has amazing magical powers that we don’t know about and has the ability to clone herself interesting very interesting indeed I give sea urchins and ghostfish to the raccoons and receive star drop tea I eat a gold star seafun pudding to give a plus five to her fishing level bumping us up to level 15 this allows me to catch the Iridium kobus statue there was no way I was going to finish this playthrough without getting this statue first it is very important to me I used the treasure totem at the Dig side on Ginger Island and get some much better items than I did on the beach mystery boxes Omni geod golden coconuts lovely stuff Al together finally before we wrap things up I would like to give you all a tour of my house I’m sure we can all agree that it looks absolutely Sterling I’ve gone for a lovely light blue aesthetic the floor really compliments the wallpaper I must say and the furniture items don’t even get me started on those they are the best of the best of the best when it comes to decorations I am very pleased with how this house turned out also when I clicked on the Statue of blessings I was given infinite energy and the statue of the dwarf King gave me the choice of either having a greater chance to find Shields or having a greater chance to find ladders and shafts I buy some Mega bombs from the dwarf then I plow my way through the volcano dungeon I ignored the enemies here almost entirely and just ran as fast as I possibly could to floor five I traded 10 diamonds for the diamond Hunter book this book makes it so that all stones have a chance to drop diamonds cool and so we arrived to day 219 but before we finish this journey I first want to to show you all a picture of the farm I think it turned out really well that plan I drew up helped a ton when it came to decorating the farm and making it look aesthetically pleasing I followed it to a te and this is the end result I went for a sort of forest nature type of vibe with it as the Meadowlands Farm is more of a Rancher SL animal farm and I think this end result here perfectly reflects that all in all I am content with this Farm any HST I make my way to the Sun where moris is waiting for us he is very happy to see us his favorite Georgia member he tells us that working in Pelican town has opened his eyes to a different way of life it has been a humbling experience for him it is at this moment that I realize he is and always has been lying to me he doesn’t actually care about me he doesn’t actually appreciate all of the things I did for him this has not been a humbling experience he’s just happy that I’ve given him a ton of money and helped him get rid of of the community center I am not happy with you mors I am not happy with you at all in fact you have been added to my list of enemies all right so now that we’ve reached the end of the playthrough I’m going to break character all right I’m no longer going to be talking from the perspective of the farmer right I’m not going to be neon Aries anymore I the farmer’s name is neon Aries I named them after my YouTube channel very creative and original I know I’m breaking the mold with that one I’m also going off script so this could be an unmit at disaster but we’ll find out but no I’m I’m being serious all right I’m being seriously right now with what I say next I had a lot of fun playing through the 1.6 update it was very interesting seeing all of the new changes and items and features I’m sure there are a lot of things that I haven’t discovered yet or I just missed while I was playing through it if that is the case and you know something that I missed then feel free to leave it in a comment more than likely I’ll like I won’t search for whatever I missed off camera like I won’t do it in a playthrough that I’m not uploading to YouTube rather in the future whether it’s a new playthrough or I continue to make a modded playthrough I’ll search for anything that I missed in that playthrough so you’ll all be able to see it too again I want to apologize for skipping so many days during the second year but I just I genuinely got to a point where I didn’t have anything to talk about on a daily basis anymore I just I couldn’t do it and I didn’t want to make this video even longer than it already is so this is the end result I hope you found that enter p in regardless of that I think
