figure out basically like one of the things that’s on there is you can set a thing called Pace points and it’ll track how much you’re doing in a day to see how much you were using energy wise and maybe it can help you slow down like an energy budget so that that’s that’s fun um how’s it going so I think what happened last week did I talk about basically someone from the customer service was like helping me figure out my heart rate zones so we figured those out but because like the first few days of heart rate data was based on zones that were incorrect it basically said that I was using a lot more Pace points than I actually was um so there’s three zones there’s like resting exerting which is like doing anything that’s not lying down and then overexerting so being in the exerting Zone uses like a small amount of pace points and being in overexerting uses a lot more Pace points so it sets your budget based on like what you tend to do in a day and stuff like that so I think the budget is now set too high because but we’re figuring that out we’re figuring that out do I have water for my hydration reminders I do I’ve also got the rest of my coffee to finish as well and do I the band is there to track my heart rate but it’s like a constant heart rate tracker so instead of like a smartwatch or something which only kind of does it periodically or and or when you ask it to this one is completely like constant all the time so it will track your heart rate which is a good like a de you know a pretty decent indicator of um how much energy you happen to be using and there is like a whole thing about things like the heart rate zones and people with struggling with some sort of fatigue that it’s for other chronic illnesses as well not just chronic fatigue but like long CO’s listed on there and there’s loads of other types of um chronic illnesses are listed on their site um but one of the things with fatigue is like if possible when you’re trying to like really really trying to recover is to try not to spend more than 2 minutes in an overexerting heart rate zone essentially so it can warn you immediately when you doing that e olive oil is Olive paste in the finds there like the entire the the bed in the mattress were actually like brand new I think they were like an Overstock that they donated to the charity to like then sell off and then wardrobe is second hand the drawers that are behind me are I think Argos because the drawers that we got from the charity shop which are now somewhere else in the room I was going to throw them out and then I needed the storage space still um but the the bottom two drawers have like collapsed they weren’t in the best shape anyway when we got them but I didn’t think to check every single drawer like a donut when I picked out desk from Ikea in the living room actually this desk is also from Ikea actually this chair is also from Ikea it’s got my zip up over it but I don’t recommend this chair though at all it’s very uncomfortable and that’s why I pretty much only um I stream and record from this chair but I don’t edit here cuz it’s so uncomfortable keyboard’s in the wrong place with my hands there we go hate when draws do that it’s so annoying and I tried to like repair it as well cuz the thing is getting rid of it is also such a pain I’m from Ika someone put me together wrong and that’s why I broke earlier 90% of your apartment is Ika including the lamps oh the tread free stuff that um the lamp behind that wait the shade obviously isn’t but the the bulb I used to have in there was that and I had one desk and then we got another I think at the time they didn’t have um the same color desk legs in stock so we have I’ve got a set of white legs I’ve had like forever um and then when we needed a second set we got the black ones but obviously like we didn’t want to have like one desk with black and one desk with white so we’ve got like a pair of each but then I think like both the black legs are at the front where you can see them and then the white ones are like against the wall where you can’t really see them you want a mud Wardrobe from there oh my God the wardrobes the wardrobes are incredible I miss a iron actually I don’t really need iron it’s coal I need more I just remembered I’ve got like 400 and something iron I do really want that burglaring though you got your bedroom lamp so it turns on at 9:00 a.m. oh yeah that was the thing that is the thing that I do miss about the um maybe I need to look at the balls again at some point cuz like we’ve got these other smart bulbs they’re just like not quite as good I used to use the sunrise lamp uh like like the sunrise function on it so that um it starts off being like a really dark warm light and then like gradually gets like really smoothly and gradually gets brighter for like half an hour before an actual alarm so it’s like a lot less jarring to be fair I don’t have like sound alarms anymore I only use I use my watch because the morning alarm on this is only just kind of like a very light tap on the wrist so it doesn’t like jump me awake or anything kind of nice like I I don’t like being startled awake it’s quite uncomfortable I mean I don’t think many people do picking up your new glasses tomorrow I’m excited for you that’s always a good day you sleep through a thunderstorm you don’t know if a light turning on will stop you passing out again well thunderstorm is only like momentary flashes right but if someone was to put like a light that is a brightness of almost daylight it kind of tells your brain that it’s daytime and time to wake up I think is like the theory behind it you’ll be able to see that it’s always a always a good perk you love thunderstorms hly fan just lots of um jump scares The Island Artisan Series didn’t scare me off. I’ll be trying to achieve perfection whilst playing the Raffadax Complete Production Mod! This adds 150+ Trees, 160+ Crops, 15+ Machines, 7 NPCs, 5000+ Artisan Goods with lots of these unlockable by leaving offerings to the new NPCs. There will also be Raffadax Bundles too, and we’ll be playing on a custom farm map!

I’ll also unlock some extra mods by doing the following:
first house upgrade – unlocks harvest with scythe
complete CC – unlock tractor (would still have to buy it)
fully upgraded house + walnut room – unlocks automate
