General boss tips for Terraria #terraria #gaming #shorts

Terraria can have some pretty difficult boss fights whether you’re playing modded or even just vanilla so here are some general tips to help you overcome these bosses remember that it’s just AI what I mean by this is that any boss in Terraria is only going to have a set number of moves so memorizing these moves and attack patterns will make the boss extremely predictable to know which moves are Next Movement is King in this game especially when it comes to dashing I use the shield of cthulu until post planta having a dash during a boss fight is so incredibly huge because it allow allows you to quickly get out of Harm’s Way and lastly Min maxing survivability have all potions that apply to your class active remember to use stations like the bewitching table or the sharpening stone if it applies to you of course do not forget about campfires heart lanterns and bass statues if you have them I prefer warding over any other prefix when it comes to accessories for a maximum amount of Defense depending on the stage of the game you’re at using accessories like the brain of confusion or the black belt are huge having a chance to completely negate damage is really nice benefit anyways thanks for watching

Some bosses can be quite difficult, especially if you’re playing modded terraria. There are certainly some things you can do to maximize your damage, but I prefer to maximize defense as much as I can for maximum survivability. Thanks for watching!

  1. I normally use menacing because I like to kill boss fast but on harder mods I use quick in the beginning to maximize speed but realistically warding is the only worth it one

  2. From a Terraria player with 2500 hours, I would like you to know that warding in almost every scenario is entirely useless. Especially in harder difficulties and post-hardmode. In expert/master mode, warding gives 3/4 damage reduction. This is negligible when dealing with attacks that deal 150-450 damage each.
Menacing is the way to go for every class, in every part of the game*. A shorter time to kill mean less time for the boss to kill you and less time you need to focus during a fight.
    * The only exception to this is post Plantera on ranger. In that case, Lucky is the way to go. Menacing gives you a 28% damage bonus if equipped in all 7 slots (master mode). Lucky, on the other hand, with the right gear and accessories can total to 100% crit chance, giving you effectively double damage.
