considered Target to be the expensive grocery store but alas it is actually the cheapest one that I could find in my area imagine that we don’t have Trader Joe’s but I love Trader Joe’s well there are stuff as you can see by the amount of Uncrustables I’ve had I I’m not really um enforcing that rule right now I used to live two minutes away from my Trader Joe’s and I was living the dream dude I notice a difference at all personally um but the guy told me that I like I don’t want this that basically I wouldn’t have noticed the difference because I wasn’t far enough along to even have symptoms in the first place because for those who don’t know I have Hashimoto which is a thyroid autoimmune disease but it it usually gives pretty apparent symptoms of like being super tired and and um gaining a lot of weight really easily and stuff like that and although some of those things maybe are true sometimes it doesn’t necessarily like feel like it’s being caused by that like I’m not like always tired sometimes I am just feels sort of normal to me so basically if I tried to like alleviate symptoms I didn’t have any in the first place so yeah it’s hard to tell like what what’s good and what’s blackberry jelly everything they find is freaking um an accident in my body by the way um speaking of that I’ve got good news I when I had my CT scan done again for my lymph node basically the guy was like stop worrying about it like it’s fine it’s fine it’s fine and I was like uh okay I’m still going to watch it but I won’t worry about it as much they did find something else they did find something in um the girls one of the girls and I had to have a biopsy done and it was fine so I just I just have a tumor but it’s tiny it’s a tiny tiny little girl and it possibly will go away so that was scary you might want to get it taken out though I mean they said I could um it’s really tiny like literally from nail to nail it’s probably about that big like it’s teeny like tiny tiny tiny yeah it’s the F fibra fiomia whatever the hell it’s called they they really were not concerned but they were like if you do want to get it removed get it removed when it’s small small you know if if it gets any bigger you know you have to have a bigger incision um but I was like man I really don’t want to go into surgery again so uh honestly I would to try to avoid it if I can but I don’t know that
