Are there Redstone torches behind the Repeaters? Can’t see from the pics. Might be the issue. Also, the Hoppers are wrongly placed. Best look up a tutorial on YT.

The design is correct, so I am assuming that the items in the respective hoppers aren’t. The best thing to do is use renamed items as filter and only a single item that you want to filter out (first slot emeralds… rest 1 item of renamed cobblestone for example)
