so terraria 1.4.3 is finally here and it’s quite a bit larger than i think some people were first expecting a lot of people theorized that relogic might go down the same route as they did with dungeon defenders and add in a small mini event well they decided to do something a little bit different and instead they added in a new world seed that turns terraria into something that’s a lot more like don’t starve together and it’s actually on that seed where you’ll have higher drop rates for all of the new items and you can really immerse yourself in that but thankfully all of the new stuff is available in pre-existing worlds and i’m about to show you all of that and that’s because in today’s video we’re going to be fighting the brand new boss dear clubs oh oh oh he’s a big boy hell yeah very rare that we cut a new boss in terraria so i’m very excited about this one i’ve yet to see it i can’t wait to experience it and uh and apparently it’s a pre hard mode boss which is um kind of ideal they said they added it in that point so that it’s more accessible to uh to newer players maybe players have been playing don’t starve together and you know what i kind of like that so to actually summon this thing in we’re going to be heading to a demon altler it’s very easy to summon in apparently somebody’s already sent me the the crafting recipe uh so let’s go check it out it’s made with uh flink’s fur it’s made with lenses and then whatever variant of all that you have in your world so i would probably place this yeah i’m gonna place this after the eye of cthulhu just at a first guess uh but like i say i’ve yet to actually try this out uh so here it is dear thing and uh and this is what summons at him so uh super cheap to craft why not we’ll make a whole bunch of them uh and i’m just gonna go quickly spec my character to uh to you know that point in the game so this is going to be a little summoner’s fight since i’m on my uh summoning world i guess actually do you know what i would grab i may as well grab this right so i’m all specked up i’m on a brand new world we’re going to head to the ice biome and actually check this out now what i’m going to be doing is i am going to be working on a big video showing you absolutely everything that is to see on that brand new seed but of course it’s a big project and it’s going to take quite a bit of time so i would say if you’re really interested in that uh maybe subscribe today just so that you don’t have to rely on youtube recommended and i’ll have that out as soon as possible so that we can really enjoy uh the full scope of the update i guess the real question is will they make me fight the diaclops at night time i have a feeling that that’s probably going to be the case considering the uh spoiler image we got for it was at night time so i may need to uh to make a bed we’ll actually find out together all right i think that’s probably good enough so i’m gonna buff up uh i did not mean to summon in my dynamite kitten and my jack-o-lantern uh and i’m gonna be spawning in uh frogs to help me with the fight seemed like a pretty appropriate weapon even though it’s a little bit niche and kind of hard to get so let’s try this out bam oh okay oh oh oh he’s a big boy hell yeah obviously he’s a big ferrari fan i i’m just so excited about this it’s so rare that we get terraria bosses isn’t it oh my god they did not hold back so from um from a lot of the reaction i saw from the don’t starve uh together community they really wanted uh dear clubs to be done right in terraria they needed it to be uh to be a hard fight it can’t be something that’s easily brushed over uh and i think realogica nailed it so i would say what’s a key thing for this fight it’s got to be movement right because look at the look at the things it’s throwing out so right now i’m using a combination that you would get after you know killing skeletron and getting the goblin and i would say it might actually be essential you know this is probably done after the eater of worlds but then again maybe not right maybe not because this is i mean this is clearly harder than the queen bee look at look at how hard it’s hitting me right now i mean it’s kind of surreal i think a big thing is making sure that you’re heading back on the fight so when it goes to throw snow and all that you know head the other way go like that instead of trying to to dodge it instead i’m obviously just making this all up as i go along i’ve got no idea man it’s hard right it tell you what’s pretty brutal with um with the summoning class like i feel like those frogs weren’t doing anything i might actually move over to uh to the b staff instead so future james here i realized after recording that my sound wasn’t being picked up for some reason so please enjoy some raw gameplay so you can appreciate the new soundtrack which was actually created by clay entertainment themselves i’ll be quiet enjoy the music [Music] [Music] so fight’s going uh pretty well i’m enjoying it it’s pretty fun i love love love the difficulty i’m glad that realogica are no longer shying away from difficulty like i feel like the the most recent boss fights we’ve had queen slime empress alight and now dear clubs have all kind of yeah they’ve increased the difficulty and i think i think that’s a really good thing especially as a lot of the community now plays a lot of terrarium mods that all seem to focus on increasing the difficulty themselves so you know i feel like terraria players are going to be fully prepared for this but also not sure what i mean it’s so good i’m so excited i just want this fight to be over with though so i can i can reap the rewards so we’re coming up to the end of the fight let’s see there we go that was incredible i had a lot of fun with that i had a lot of fun with that that was so awesome wow so we got some we got some new stuff dear klopp’s is eyeball someone’s a tiny deer klops you’re looking at me you’re looking at me so i’m assuming this is maybe it’s master mode drop uh for those who don’t know in master mode do you have a a chance to pick up a pet here it is oh he’s so cute i love him uh we also got the relic very nice uh inside the treasure bank bam what did we get what did we get keem lucy the axe so this actually ended up being a melee weapon very cool a lot of the don’t starve community were telling me that that this was a weapon oh oh okay we got eye bone so i already know what this does right so this is a pet but it’s not just a pet it’s also a piggy bank that will follow you around this is a real piggy bank and it’s also a pet so i would say a must-have item also a new vanity uh don’t get rain in your hair ah so cool and it even gives you a cloud above your head oh wow that yeah that is incredible bone helm can be worn in vanity slots summon shadow hands to attack your foes i’ve got a headache just looking at it oh my god oh it’s so cool it’s so cool right so i’m going to blitz through some more uh deerflopses and um and i’ll see if there’s any variation in the loot also maybe what we could do is fill out this uh beastie area a little bit i think no no i think yeah i think we’ve actually kind of smashed these it’s more seeing what’s inside of this small detail there as well uh during a blood moon the vanity cloud actually gives a blood rain instead of a regular rain like what i love the attention to detail there that’s so cool uh so let’s just double check bam oh okay so we actually are getting new stuff as well so radio thing equippable vanity item allows the user to see the world differently okay ah so this gives you the same visual effect as the one that you’ll probably have in the seed i’ve yet to check out the seed just uh just to be clear so it means some of the items talk to you if i throw this out ah yeah wow that is really cool oh my this is this is amazing if i throw this out nothing but yeah what’s this weather pain 14 magic damage ignores 10 points of enemy defense what a pain wow so it’s a little uh a little tornado oh that is incredible that is incredible did we get anything else i think that was it i’ll do it one more time just to uh just to double check though so i will say after the incredible loot we’ve seen so far i don’t expect any more items but we’ll give it a go uh wow i am blown away already god they really went all out with this update shoddy that’s the reforge pumatic horn 18 range damage converts bullets into random stuff oh okay right we’ll hop onto a world in a minute then and we’ll actually uh grab some bullets i’ll do one more just in case but they are really spoiling us with this so just something kind of interesting here uh the dear clubs will not actually uh spawn onto the player so um yeah weirdly it’s been a little bit manipulated then it’s just spawned over here it’s just loving life so yeah just just something to to look out for maybe if you’ve spawned it in you can’t see it you’ve got a little bit of a better idea why i love how this attack curves up the blocks by the way it’s incredible i really hope that these just have a random chance to spawn every now and again i think that would i mean that would be special right let’s um let’s go get some bullets then so we’re back on a on a regular world now and uh and you can actually see the special effect that that item gives you it’s very cool uh what do you lot think about it let me know with a comment down below i’m kind of curious to get some um some feedback on all of this me personally i’m i’m i don’t know i feel like we’ve been spoiled i really do i feel like that is the the general consensus for me sorry i’m just looking around for an arms dealer do i not have one really okay um i don’t recognize bullets on this world so it does say converts bullets into random things so what is that actually going to look like let’s see oh wow so i can see a bone i saw a little bit of like a candy corn i think uh let’s actually take off the the radio thing for now let’s see if that makes a difference ah it’s it’s neat for sure oh oh wow oh so it really is random items oh that’s so funny like i just saw a pickaxe i see i see blink root shiver phone stuff like that oh that is neat oh it’s not yeah i can yeah that’s so cool i love it i love it what can i say uh so that’s it for today’s video please
