I Built The BIGGEST Nether Portal In Minecraft Hardcore

my nether portal is so boring but how interesting can I make a nether portal H So the plan is to construct a massive circle of nether biomes around a giant ruined portal this is going to take weeks okay I think this island is a good spot for it so we’ll have to flatten it out quite a bit I wonder if there’s a faster way I can clear [Music] this yeah although there’s still a lot of debris so let’s just boom now we can build a giant circle around the [Music] island uh-oh that is not lined up but to be fair you get far enough away it still looks like a circle the circle needs to be completely flat so I’m just going to quickly turn into a bulldozzer island flattened before we can build the portal we’ll need to drain the water with the blocks we just got so let’s make a perimeter around the circle ow wait how did he drop 34 arrows now to actually remove the water I don’t think I can just Place sponges like this yeah the water just goes back so I can make sections like that and then I sponge this like that and I’m just going to repeat that around the entire thing [Music] uh what the heck how is how is the water not falling [Music] huh somehow it has been 100 days since I started this there’s no way all right and with that all of the water has been removed the land is still a little high up but if we fly over here we can do a slick jump cut into the future boom now if we grab the dirt from that we can outline the giant ruined [Applause] portal hm it may be inefficient but it’s so much more fun this way it’s actually not inefficient also if you’re curious I’m using this image as a reference for the portal check it water bucket catch oh I didn’t catch it drop the bucket start falling catch it I’m like that woo that took a lot longer than I thought this is what it looked like at the beginning of the video and this is what it looks like now already and since the outline is done we can build the first Nether biome okay for the first biome we’ll do this red one because it’s the first one I saw so we’ll need to grab all of its supplies ooh what are the odds of that this should be enough and hey what the poop are you doing dude get out of here so we can go along the wall like this and right about here let’s start branching out now we can start filling it in does this spread to regular Netherrack I’m going to place this Netherrack here and we’ll check in later to see if it spread to that I think this little pit here could be like a lava lake so I’m just going to build around it ooh should I have a lava river between each biome to too that’d be pretty cool and I’m already out 360 kill scope easy oh I guess it doesn’t spread that is all of the Crimson nyum placed except for these two spots that I missed here what so now if we fly over to the mob farm which just happens to be right here grab some bones and if I’m not mistaken I think we can just straight up bone meal this with yeah look at that and then when there’s mushrooms boom holy cow that is a Tall Tree now we just Spam bone meal everywhere okay that’s it for the red biome it looks really good now I need to find a Soul Sand Valley biome ooh a ghast ooh should I put a gas in the Soul Sand Valley biome that could be sick so let’s just grab a ton of Soul Sand we’re also going to need a lot of soul soil which is basically the exact same thing oh dude reaction of a bumblebee I’m telling you this place looks like it was run through by an amazing amazing YouTuber that you should subscribe to two Sher boxes has got to be [Music] enough I’m a little worried this is going to look too flat cuz with the Crimson biome I was able to put trees down but this all I’m going to be able to add is like fossils so I don’t know what to do about that I want it to get really close to the very top of this but not spill over yeah I like that now we just fill it in okay I think that’s all of the Soul sand and soil placed look at that there’s already a SK spawning now what I need to do is sleep because it’s night time what we need is fossils in the Soul Sand biome except oh eight is not enough bone blocks so we can just mine fossils in the ne where did my per my Pearl went through the portal interesting I sure hope it doesn’t land in lava please don’t land in lava did it not go through the other side I have no idea how many I need so I’m just going to mine like crazy think I can get this Pearl across this Gap H oh so [Music] close dude what I just found a random nether portal wonder what’s on the other side of this oh it’s iron that’s still smelting this should be enough now we just make some little fossils like this that’s one I’m going to make some a bigger fossil here yeah oh I also need to add some fires around yeah like that I have a ton more bone blocks so let’s build a big old Skeleton thing okay so this is the tail and then I think this will be like a spine right here let’s add some feet and then some wings here H looking a little weird so far and then here will be some sort of skull yeah we’ve placed all the soul sand and soil the Flames the fossils let’s go get a ghast oh how do you typ a gas allow me to show you first we got to take down this portal and then rebuild it right here I think is a good spot but first we need a cage for the gas to actually be in and now we can rebuild the portal but bigger So the plan is the gas comes through the portal and gets mine carted down into the cage pretty simple so now we just rebuild a portal on the nether roof in the same spot perfect and if we place blocks down like this that should give gas room to spawn and then I’m going to put a roof on it so when a gas spawns you can’t fly away and now let’s just fly up really high and wait for one to spawn okay it looks nope no gas it’s just a bunch of other mobs oh let’s go a gas spawn sweet okay now it spawned on top not inside wow okay here’s another one that was only an hour of waiting how do we get him through the portal okay okay Place rails and a mine cart now just get him in the mine cart sweet his hit box is in the way so I can’t place any more rails so I’m just going to try to push the mine cart all the way over okay this is actually working I think maybe ow nope I’m slowly pushing this mine cart come on God it’s so close no man maybe instead what I’m going to do is just set a rail like this oh another one spawned okay yes okay that’s working and he went through uh oh no how did he die maybe the is the portal too small I think he must have suffocated in the portal okay another one spawned the portal on the other side is bigger let’s do this thing first step push him over here got him through the portal oh that’s the what I’m talking about oh snap he’s firing at me though he’s not supposed to be able to see me that’s crazy and I shouldn’t have to name tag him cuz he’s in a mine cart so he already can’t despawn from that okay the next biome is this blue one I don’t remember what it’s called so as per usual we got to collect all the blue Netherrack dude if you guys ever want ancient debris just build a giant portal with a circle in the ocean okay I got like three Shuler boxes that’s got to be enough right so I think I’m going to do relatively the same thing I did over there with the red biome and the other biomes and then this one’s also going to go up so I think this is the general shape where it starts out low and then it goes High towards the center portal okay that’s the little Hill slope thing yeah that looks not horrible I think kind of like with the Soul Sand it’s going to come up really high yeah I like that man I’m already out actually already doesn’t belong in that sentence cuz I’m almost done that is all of the Warped nyum down I forgot what it was called before we bone meal this Smokey I’m thinking what would be super sick is we get a Nether Fortress like going across this oh wow that was not any time at all I already found one slick so see you guys in 4.3 hours well it hasn’t been 4 and 1/2 hours but it has been about 45 minutes but I’ve got a ton of nether brick let’s let’s have one big old Pole right here like that and then we build out the sides like this and some more up here and it Bridges out over here how far do I want it to go let’s just have it go to the very end and now we fill it in now we had a railing across the top that does not look right yeah I think that is right let’s add a post here now we continue that bridge on this side okay I think it’d be cool if this Fortress takes a turn here and goes straight into the block okay I think the corner piece is like this or something and then I add fence gates here okay I think that’s right dude nice although I think we built this post in the wrong spot it’s a little bit too far to the left yep that’s perfect and since the Fortress is done we can just bone meal this whole area just like we did with the Crimson biome holy cow dude it just keeps going up wait how high can you make these things go it goes all the way up to build limit no way what the oh the gas is still shooting at me uh that’s not good how do I stop him I’m just growing a wall of trees so that the gas can’t see me wao they go straight through the Fortress interesting all right three of the five biomes are completed looking good I want this sand pit to be a lava lake so let’s flatten it out like this it’s not quite yet ready for the lava because there’s areas that we need to place down a little bit more of the original blocks we’re going to need some magma blocks Crimson blocks now we’ll just put the magma blocks up against the edge like this we’ll also Place some Soul Sand now I’m just going to bone me all this Netherrack since this is going to be the basalt Deltas biome that has a lot of magma so I’m just going to put magma on most of the walls around it now that that has all been complete that means I can add the lava never mind I can’t add the lava there’s a missing block right here so we make a portal by the empty pit remove the one in the nether make a bridge in the lava and make a new portal on the bridge now I have easy access to the Lava Lake oh that’s trippy it looks like I’m in the Nether and then I go through the portal and now I’m in the nether so now I’m just going to fill up on buckets and now I just start placing it down over [Music] here what the heck was that Apple no way I’m one bucket short there’s no boom got it by the way guys this is the Damage Done to the nether uh I’ve taken a lot of its lava but the result is worth it look how that looks that’s crazy we can’t yet do the basalt Deltas because I got to fill in these rivers with lava you know placing this little anyway you see these three they’re all flowing into this one but this one looks like a source block but I placed a source block there and then they’re not flowing in there therefore it was not a source block you wouldn’t expect that a lot of stuff you can learn by making a giant this yeah that looks so good so I’m going to have a river separating each biome h how did this get here I did not place this oh Endermen there must be Endermen that are spliffing my entire build yeah look at all of the get out of here dude this is what you get for spling my build yeah all these blocks down here these are all from Enderman no way that’s so many they’ve removed okay that’s actually kind of terrible but what am I supposed to do about that next up is this River boom that is another Lava Lake done and there we go okay this thing is wild before we can build the basalt Deltas we can go into The Nether and I want to bring some Striders over for the Lava Lake biome okay there’s a lot of Striders over here so I’m just going to bridge into this lava and then set up a portal and hopefully this will link up nope it went to what why is it go over here okay I fixed the portals let’s get this numb nut in there y look at that he wants it oh look at those long legs it’s impressive here we go through the portal yes into the lava you go nice now I need another one now I think I should be able to breed them no way that’s awesome all right now for the basalt Deltas biome we got to First find one I guess ah nice and now we just got to grab all this black stone and basalt actually I think I have a ton from the volcano video um okay there’s some black stone in here this is going to be a really hard biome to make actually it might be really easy cuz it’s so random and like sporadic I can just kind of spam blocks and it’ll be correct I’m going to start around the edge and then build up cuz I don’t really know any other way to do it where did the Striders go H wait what wait what happened to them oh it was just raining they probably died in the rain no it’s going to keep raining so I guess I can’t really do anything about that the Sal delas always have like these strips of lava so I’m just going to try to emulate that I’m going to start building up a little bit see the problem with the basal is I can place it sideways and I don’t think it’s ever sideways in the actual generation so I have to be really careful and then there’s always like a random pit there like there’s just lava at the bottom basically just consists of tons of tiny little towers like this this is definitely the most difficult and complex biome to build though okay I think that looks pretty good let’s start working from this side now this part’s going to be riddled with lava I think I’m going to outline almost a pathway with this black stone and then I’ll build these Basalt chunks around the pathways well now I’m fully out of salt but I think that’s the right technique to make the little Blackstone part and then these Mounds in between let’s just do that again but slightly larger that’s the second giant chunk finished I think for this last part we’ll do like a lava lake I think we should outline the lava lake with black stone like this yeah that looks like a pretty good size so we’ll fill it in with stone and now fill it up with lava that’s the Lava Lake part done now I’m just going to fill in all these random little holes all right this thing looks amazing it’ll look so much better though once we finish the ruined portal we’ll do the stone bricks first and luckily I saved all the supplies from digging this out so let’s start with this block right here first things first is we’ll outline it with the basal then we go to this corner and then this corner goes up to the top like that and then here goes down technically all the way to the ground but you can’t see that far so I don’t need to build all the way down see how that’s kind of like a Greener color that’s where Ed the tough blocks and then cobblestone in this pattern I think and then chiseled like this chisel chiseled andesite chiseled uh that one that’s the one that’s the andesite so we like this Cobble Cobble chisel andesite so that’s one little chunk out this part right here is this part and then the rest of this is all Cobblestone oh that’s perfect that’s actually amazing so let’s repeat that on the sides boom okay these ones across the top this is going to be super easy cuz it’s all just going to be a copy of that so I’m just going to do this super quickly and the nice thing is the pattern is the same on all of them so I’m just going to get faster and faster at doing it there we oh I forgot oh and I forgot right here I’ve changed the orientation of some of the basalt to make it look lighter on top cuz I think it looks a little better anyway this is a stair and this is a stair so first off let’s remove the dirt oh I didn’t do that side I’m an idiot and there we go the stair goes up this way so here we’ll go out with smooth Stone and build out with B salt on this part so we do tough like this that okay now it gets tough we have to build up on this side so we’ll do this and this is all tough and this top half of the stair we’ll just fill in like the regular Stone yeah oh man this is going to look crazy when it’s done and they’re all giant blocks that’s this side done let’s move on to this side ow [Music] no way am I actually out of andesite man where am I supposed to get more andesite oh [Music] nice that is all of the base stone bricks placed this next block is Mossy stone brick so I’m going to need some tear of CTA turn half of it lime and the other half green and a bunch of lime concrete as well waa look look at that it’s almost broken what the heck first up is this what in heck so I’m just going to build it like a regular Stone and then I will add the green oh wait I forgot the mossy cobblestone oh wow I sound like a smoker I already had some Cobble oh I have a ton ha okay so it’s like this boom boom bum okay that’s one tiny little corner and there we go really hard to tell if that’s right and I guess that’s a good thing cuz then if I mess up no one will know so I’m going do the same with this block now too oh what the heck he he there’s like one little space where he can see me and that was it luckily he shot it into the lava so he didn’t break anything all right so let’s just build this up really quickly boom let’s do a jump cut with these ones so uh right here kaboy that looks so good I kind of ran out of Basalt and also uh something may or may not have happened to the guest oh no the gas shot me and the Thorns killed it yeah we don’t need to talk about that I want to move on so let’s do all the stone bricks at once boom next up is the iron bars which go all the way from down here to the top of that I think I won’t do this bottom layer cuz it’s not really it’s not up at all so I’ll just do like these pillars I think that’s [Music] right the problem is these are threedimensional but this is not actually threedimensional so it’s kind of just making up part of it okay I think those are all of the bars correctly placed now I got to do the in between parts that cross okay yeah that totally looks like an iron bar sweet okay now there’s a few more here and then some over there so let’s build those super [Music] quickly all right there we go now the last block before the obsidian is this gold block we’ll need a ton of gold blocks and we have 14 H not enough all right well time to go caving oh no oh my goodness this should definitely be enough and we’ll need some other miscellaneous blocks the very last ingredient is Honeycomb blocks which I think if I Shear yep okay ow okay we only got three and we need four for one block and like I don’t know five stacks of blocks so maybe if I make a farm nice what the I just saw this bro Escape oh I guess he grew up like right in that corner and now we just turn it into blocks nice so we just remove this dirt and start making the gold block these Corners have a big bright chunk so I’ll do this and then here is gold and wool very nice now I have to do the other sides which is kind of a problem because this took almost all of my gold all right well let’s do a jump cut really quickly boom okay so I ran out of gold blocks basically instantly which is not good oh boy time to mine for another 10 years okay if this isn’t enough gold I’m not going to finish this [Music] build no I just accidentally made so many golden leggings and let’s jump got this Smokey boom oh yeah that used up almost all of my gold exactly so it was pretty spot on okay so for the obsidian blocks we’re going to need obviously obsidian so guess I’ll go to the end and mine obsidian for for way too long I choose you to get rid of boom I took down that pillar and that one and got all this obsidian the next thing we need is coal blocks I made a wither skeleton Farm a long time ago and nope there’s no coal in here yeah guys this is not working out well the mobs aren’t spawning the gas are trying to kill me so far we only have almost no coal so I think uh mining [Music] okay it’s been 4 hours and I’ve gotten this much coal if this isn’t enough I 25,000 with fortune 3 the very last ingredient is crying obsidian and we have eight oh well we can use all the gold I got before and trade it with piglins until they give me a bunch of crying obsidian that was all of my gold and I got approximately EX exactly this many crying obsidian it ain’t great maybe I’ll just like fly around and loot bastions I should have done this for gold before this is such a this is a way better method for grabbing gold blocks that worked surprisingly well I looted for about 6 hours and all I got all of the materials I need let’s build this portal these blocks are mostly obsidian all around the edges so I can just make an outline like so so let’s do this face first right here just so we can really figure out how this works let me pull out an obsidian to look at crying crying coal Coal obsidian nope not to obsidian coal crying coal Coal obsidian obsidian coal Coal coal [Music] Coal now that the Design’s figured out let’s just do a quick one of these boom yeah that took so many materials I’m definitely going to have to get more at some point but it’s looking pretty sweet this block is crying obsidian and I don’t have the materials for that right now so let’s just skip it for now the only time I could die in this world is one of these times where I’m not holding a totem in my off hand cuz like then then it’s actually gets scary oh holy cow that’s the frame completed let’s fill it in well I am fully out of crying obsidian that took me what 5 hours to get and we’ve placed maybe half of the crying obsidian needed Maybe [Music] I red 12,000 bastions I’ve done a ton of trading I got a lot more supplies so it’s better be enough I don’t know why but I just love doing the jump Cuts I think they just look so sick so let’s do another one boom so not all the obsidian is placed huh I wonder what block he ran out of oh I ran out of coal the one that I spent four billion quadrillion billion million this is way harder than I thought it was going to be it’s just been collecting materials the actual building it is not that bad but collecting materials oh my goodness well let’s time travel boom I have coal now oh that took so long so now if I place all that and these four missing blocks are crying obsidian so we’ll just need some blue and purple wool and purple concrete okay now we got to design it coal Coal blue nope blue wool coal obsidian purple coal Coal crying obsidian coal purple coal crying obsidian crying coal Coal blue that and then this is all obsidian on top now the big reveal does it look correct oh yeah that looks so good sweet okay so I’m just going to copy that pattern onto all of them really really quickly oh yeah look at that it only took me four more hours because I had to go get even more crying obsidian and whatnot unfortunately this portal is a bit too large to light so we can grab all of our sand that we got for mining this place out and smelt it into glass and while we wait for the glass let’s clean up the rest of this Montage [Music] Style no no no no no no no no no no oh okay boom problem solved oh no no no no [Music] [Music] there’s no way another one died bruh the glass is done smelting so let’s build the [Music] portal there it is wait I forgot the most important part yeah this is the best nether portal decoration ever you cannot deny that don’t even try to deny it how am I supposed to Top This in the
