I’m currently experimenting with the interior of a build I’ve been working on. I’m working completely in survival on Bedrock (Xbox One). I’m in the middle of building a resource filled segment of a city, doubled with a semi-realistic farm, that are both useful and fun to look at, before moving onto a more heavily detailed New York style city!
I recently made a guardian farm and wanted somewhere to store the abundance of cod that I have… what better than a chip shop!
I used a combination of white and light grey concrete, calcite and quartz bricks for the walls and back splash. To try to bring it to life I thought I’d add in the classic chippy menu board and a couple of kebabs… because all good chip shops double as a kebab shop!! I used a couple of cauldrons filled with lava to give the effect of the kebabs heater reflecting its warm orange glow. To simulate the burners, I used orange terracotta and orange wool, framed with some dark oak trapdoors. For the kebabs themselves, I used mudbrick walls for the doner spit and double tall dripstone for the chicken kebab!
I know it’s nothing amazing but I thought it was quite quirky, so wanted to share!!
SORRY FOR THE PHOTO!
