This will turn lights on inside the white room as long as it continues to hear footsteps below. To keep from using any kind of massive complicated timer, I'm using two alternating hopper clocks with a single 64 stack in each (yellow circuit). Tapping into the yellow circuit, I'm using two extended sticky pistons with solid blocks underneath to continue passage from one hopper clock to the next and back. In order to allow the lights to turn off, I've attached the calibrated waterlogged sculk sensor input to signal strength of 1 (footsteps, flight, swimming) and attached a comparator clock to either sticky piston (whole green circuit). Down on the bottom I had to add two input lines with different delays, from either hopper output to the lights themselves to prevent it from flashing off briefly I transition between hopper clocks
